Brannon from Roto-Rooter was an absolute godsend. Had a washing machine discharge back up on me. Not o my did he fix the problem, but we were able to upgrade some of my water lines and the box itself. Very reasonable. Very reliable. And a joy to work with.

Eric is a true professional!!!! I booked them to uninstall and replace my kitchen faucet and he was done in less than an hour. I will definitely book them again for all of my plumbing needs! Update 8/23 I had Eric and his team came back and they fixed my bathtub faucet that was constantly dripping, unclogged my bathroom sink and fixed my guest bathroom toilet. Thank you again!!!!

They seemed unorganized and didn’t manage to clear out the clog in my kitchen heard them in the phone asking someone about a sink machine to do it and than later told me it would be hundreds more dollars on top of their original quote to use a machine they seemingly don’t even have. Service requested was not rendered and no partial refund offered. Not only were they unable to open a simple clogged drain but they also did irreparable damage to my kitchen sink stripping out connections and breaking plastic. They have been ignoring my calls and my complaints. These guys are the definition of second rate plumbers. They have a light understanding of the shape of pipes but I don’t think any of them have ever done any work with pipes besides having pipe laid on them. I understand the service fee being non refundable but to charge me to clear a clog that you failed to clear feels like I got ripped off because you couldn’t handle the job.

Brannon did an amazing job. Went under house and found my pipes were bad. Had his crew replace the pipes in no time. Wonderful management by Brannon. Great and honest guy

Young lady that answered the phone was very professional and courteous. The tech she assigned my call to was right on time and took care of my issue. He was very professional and instructed us to call them back if we had any more issues. Very pleased and will use again.
