I had a clog in the sewer line coming from my kitchen sink. I called a big name plumbing company and was quoted $1100. I called Watson and they were able to come out a day before they thought they could originally get to it and called me to let me know they were headed my way. The price they gave me was less than half of the estimate I was given by the original plumbing company I had come out. Watson was done in less than an hour and cleaned up behind themselves. My sink is now draining great and Iām so thankful we could save the money we did by using Watson. I am a remodeler by trade and I would recommend Watson to any of my customers!

I have nothing but praise for Watson Plumbing. I had contacted several other plumbers to give me an estimate on my gas line repairs and Watson was the only company that kept their word and showed up. They were prompt in giving the estimate and even more than that they came right away when I said I wanted them to complete the repairs for me. They were professional, punctual, efficient and have great people skills. Kim in the office is a sweetheart. I will happily recommend Watson Plumbing to anyone in need of their services. Thank you so much.....good customer service is so rare these days.

I called Watson Plumbing and asked that they send somebody out to give me a quote for repair of a what appeared to be a plumbing leak coming through my ceiling. I was told that I would not be charged for them to come out and give me a quote. I am a landlord and the leak was located at one of my properties. For this reason, I asked that they call me and let me know what the problem is. They did not call me at all on the day that they went to my house. I called them the next day and was told that somebody would call me back. I never received a call back so I contacted a different plumbing company who came out to the house and fixed a leaking pipe. About a month later, Watson Plumbing sent me a bill for $130 with the description 'caulked a tub spout.' I did not authorize the repair thus I do not think that I am liable to pay for the repair. I can caulk my own tub spouts and would certainly never pay a plumber to do this.

I needed them to come look at my leaking water heater. The receptionist was brusque and seemed to want to get off the line really quickly. After I pressed her, she grudgingly gave me a window of time on January 29 when the plumber would arrive, but they never came. It would have been more professional to just tell me they were too busy to come out. Still haven't heard from them...it's March!

Watson Plumbing were the only plumbers that we're able and prepared to come out on the day to repair a water mains, which directly affected our 34 managed office suites. Same day service, same day repairs - couldn't ask for more. I would thoroughly recommend their services and would have no hesitation in using them again for our commercial servicing, as well as our own home - Thank you to Mr. Watson! On November 9 2020 Waston Plumbing came to look at my faucet in my kitchen cause it was steady dripping. The plumber Bone/ Nick told me that I need a new faucet, I inform them that I would buy a faucet and contact them once I do. So the plumbers left and on November 15, 2020 I bought a kitchen faucet and on November 16, 2020 I called Waston Plumbing to fix my faucet. So the the plumbers arrive at my house at 6:15 due to my alarm system accuracy. They came in fix the faucet and was done at 6:37. I had them to follow me to the ATM cause I didn't have any money on me, I ask Bone how much was the service and he told me $130. So I get to the atm and take out $140 and came around to them as I was parking Bone runs out and says I'm so sorry but we came last week and you didn't pay us. From my understanding with their policy that If I get them to fix it the quote service is waved. So I was little distraught on that he charge me $50 instead the full amount of $65. This wasn't the first time that they did this but with last time they gave me my money back. I have called Waston plumbing on November 18, November 25, 2020 and December 8, 2020 and all times the person that answers the phone told me that they owe me $50.They told me that they would send it through the mail. It is now June 2021 and I still haven't received anything. Be careful with dealing with companies like this. Scamming is real!

Took 5 attempts to get answering service to pick up on a Sunday morning. Was told a tech will call me shortly. 6 hours go past and its 2 PM now, I called another local plumber and got the owner on the phone in 3 rings. They said someone would be there in 1 hour or he would be here personally... Now it is hard for me to post this since I have been a solid customer of Watson Plumbing for almost 10 years and this is the second time I have had this issue with them. Well I get a phone call from Watson Monday morning asking me if I still needed service. Mr. Johnny, I hope you see this and read it sir. Your employees lack of care is costing your business some money. I sir will be calling the other company for my needs from here on foward.
