Zach Werner & Gavin were amazing. They got here around 7:45am & worked straight through until the project was completed. Zach is super friendly & a perfectionist. I would definitely recommend these 2 gentlemen to come in & do your next project!

Javier was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it. He explained what the problem was and everything he needed to do to fix it. He explain the pricing and warranty. He went above and beyond with helping me with a minor stall in my replacement of my toilet flush valve. A very efficient and well worth time of fixing my low water pressure throughout my home.

Gary was amazing! He arrived on time and got right to work to provide an estimate on the plumbing repairs to my 2 bathroom sinks. The work was completed the same day in less than 3 hours. We have used Casteel for the last 4 years for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you Gary, for another wonderful experience!

Good Value: quote was competitive but Casteel gave more than what I expected and quality 2nd to none Amazing Service: -Listened attentively to what I wanted to achieve in my basement. That required extraordinary ductwork which they pulled off. -Signed on Thursday. David, Zack and team showed Friday AM, came in on Saturday to keep on schedule and finished up Monday. -Great Equip: This Daikin Fit heat pump system with a 12 year warranty. No strings attached.

Casteel was awesome! Very professional and caring about their customers. My 30 year old furnace died and they was to the rescue. One Call That's All...within 24 hours there was a professional Tech to diagnose the problem, a design Representative to go over the price and an Electrician to make sure my home was properly wired for the new furnace, and then two really knowledgeable Service Techs, that was there bright and early to install the system, all less than 24 hours. My house was freezing due to the bad furnace to a brand new furnace with piping good heat just in time for this really cold weather. If you are not sure and looking for amazing services, don't look any further. Casteel saved my day!! Thank you ♥️

We have owned our house since 2020 and in 2021 or 2022, we had to replace our furnace with Casteel. In the years since, we've had the occasional issue with it and our AC unit... various fried parts or blown fuses. Casteel, without fail, has always come to our rescue in a timely and helpful fashion. As a customer, I understand that even when you purchase something large from a reputable company, there's often stuff that just happens. The difference with Casteel is that when stuff happens, they don't try to skirt the issue or find a workaround, they just show up, give you an honest assessment and fix the problem. Not only that, but they will work with you to find old warranty's or ways to save you on the repair. I can just tell that my business matters to them and that their technicians really care about making things right for our family. In a world where everything is too expensive, too impersonal, and too iffy with regards to quality of service or product, it is SO refreshing to have companies like Casteel that are around to remind you that not everyone only cares about turning a profit... there are still some companies and people who understand that we're all in this together. The electrician, Thomas Mills, was very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and experienced. He replaced the breaker panel in a reasonable amount of time and explained his work from detail to detail. I now have power in a safe home that is up to code!
