Zack is an absolute asset to the company. My basement flooded because the main pipe burst. Not only did he come up with a viable solution, he walked us through our options, helped us find the best financial options but above all he resolved the plumbing issue and did an amazing job on it too.

First time calling Panacea / Swift Bros Plumbing and so, so glad we did this Nov 2024. Spoke with Allan late afternoon Thu about backed up septic lines, overflowing water, gurgling sinks and toilets. He asked Patrick and Bobby to come after their last stop; arrived at 530pm and left after 830pm only to return next day at 1pm to finish part 1of 2 jobs. Both my husband and I cannot say enough about their professionalism, accuracy, efficiency and thoroughness in determining the problem (major blockage in main line in 2 different places underground), great communication, and upbeat good spirit in staying late and working in windy, cold temps! Service was tremendous, pricing reasonable. Now on to part 2 with them! Thanks guys!

We have called on Panacea for a variety of repairs, both big and small over the years and always been happy with the service provided! They are typically available same day and always courteous and professional. They take time to explain the issue and what to be aware of in the future! They are our go-to call for any plumbing issue!

We needed a whole house worth of polybutylene pipes replaced with PEX. We had multiple plumbers out to take a look at it. Panacea took the time to undertand the project and gave us some options on how it could be done. The price was very reasonable and they completed the entire job in two days. It works (and looks) great, highly recommended.

Contacted them to get service at our commercial building. They've been here several years ago and we wanted to use them again. I was told that I need to fill out a new application for service. Sent them the form and I called for service. I was then told that they don't service commercial buildings. Total waste of my time.

The water pressure in our house was very low, which made filling the washing machine, showers, and other everyday tasks quite time consuming and frustrating. Other plumbers were able to identify the problem but were not able to locate source in the house or on the property. Panacea Plumbing was able to locate the faulty pressure relief value when previous plumbers had no such success! The location was elusive and buried behind an exterior wall. Patric and his partner did not give up, and stayed on the job until the water pressure problems were resolved. I recommend Patric and Panacea Plumbing for your plumbing issues. They are friendly, efficient, and professional.

We needed to have a toilet reinstalled after a flooring project. Neighbors recommended Panacea and our technician was prompt and helpful. He did a neat, thorough job with the reinstall and even tried to catch and offer advice about a “running” sound that we hear intermittently. While we weren’t able to solve that particular issue (it didn’t present while the technician was present), we have a game plan for when it does. Friendly and affordable; will use again as needed.
