There should be zero rating. That being said. I have total protection plan and when i requested appointment, Richard didnt contact me for appointment but to tell me that I have appointment the Next day. So first i wonder who confirmed the appointment. (Taking off 3 tours from my work)Anyhow, when Richard came, I told all the problems; handle is hard to flush, water running when its not being used, possible leak around sealant between toliet and the floor. He only replace flanger and he said he was going to lunch. Asked him if he was coming back to fix water running/hard to flush part but he said I have to call the insurance to get him back out again. Thinking that was odd, when I contacted them, Richard told them that there was no mechanical failure and if he has to come out again, then I have to pay him another deductible. They scheduled a recall since he did not complete the job but he called me saying if I dont pay him another $100(even with this, he asked me for cash, when I told him I have visa card) for him to come back out. I had to call insurance again.. just so they can have another company come out for same issue. I have recorded the water running and I also sent him a text message, since he was calling me a liar. IT seems like thats his thing, calling consumers liar. I have contacted BBB and i am going to do everything in my powers to seek justice for his wrong doing.

They are very professional and very kind. The plumber name is Richard. My plumbing situation was a nightmare until he came and solved the problem. I am a customer of a company called Total Protection and I called about my plumbing problems and the first sent someone from Frank Laricey who took my money and did nothing accept kept giving me the run around and finally told Total Protection customer service department that I did not want to deal with that company any more and wanted someone who could get the job done. and then they sent Augusta Plumbing and I am very happy with their work. If you want the work done right the first time call and ask for Richard. Roslyn Perkins

Rick, the name the technician gave is a liar. He stated he called the claim in but when I called the company they had no record of his call. Then I called the company and put him on speaker and he took the phone off speaker to keep me from hearing what was being asked because the adjusted was asking the model and serial number of the appliance and he would not answer the question when I had provided him with the information. I made him put it back on speaker so that I could make sure he was being honest and he kept making statements that would cause the claim to be denied. I wouldn't recommend this company to an enemy. I had to check a star in order to submit but I would give them -1.

Don't use Augusta Plumbing!! I had issues drilling 4 holes in porcelain tiles for my toilet flange. I called Augusta Plumbing and was told he could do it for $125. When he tried drilling the holes, he cracked the tiles on both sides of the flange hole. I cut 2 more new tiles, cutting out the flange hole with a wet saw. He tried drilling again. Again cracked one. I told him I would just use the wet saw and cut a slot from the center of the flange hole out to the screw holes. After doing this, while he was screwing down the flange he cracked the other one again. He was there for 2 hours. So now after everything is done... he charges $267! I got no holes drilled, I did the cutting myself and I have 2 cracked tiles under the toilet. Their website advertises $25 off for seniors. My wife asked him about that. His answer was "I already figured that in the price". How did he know we were seniors when I got the price over the phone???
