Flow Pro Plumbing

I had a flood in my home. Called Flow Pro- they answered immediately at 9pm and had Chris out by 10pm. Chris worked hard to figure out the problem, dug my septic tank hole, and helped with knowledge of fixing it and preventing it. I appreciate the prompt timing, the knowledge, the late night visit, and the suggestions. Chris is a gem!

Every single person that I have spoken to, for each job that we have needed them on, has been absolutely wonderful. Chris was very knowledgeable and professional. He walked us through every step of the way and answered all of our questions. He even recommended how to fix a separate issue, ordered the part needed and was here the following week! Great company overall.

I just have to say how blessed I was to have this man be the one chosen to come out to our house to work on our pipe. We had our main drain line snaked, camera, and jetted to completely clear it out. He was the absolute sweetest guy. Was very calm. Made sure to not only explain everything to me and my husband but he also made sure I knew what tools I would need if this happened next time when I asked how to do it myself. I try to make sure I'm educated on all things homeowner and he made me cry happy tears when he was explaining everything and doing so without being berating or condescending. Which has been a huge reason why I hate hiring people. I am a woman. Anyways. He also helped me look things up. And let me see the camera while it was going through the drain. He showed me how to look for the pipe in my yard. He also gave us a quote for a pipe replacement. He is the best. The sweetest plumber I have ever had in my 10yrs of living in this house and I will be forever asking for him if I was to have to call again.

I love this company!! They are so helpful in times of need, and willing to come the same day if an emergency or work out a plan to come. I spoke with Michael, the owner on last Saturday and ask if someone could please help me. I had a new refrigerator delivered and found out the line was corroded and was told they had to reschedule and to call a plumber. I called Flow Pro while the guy was there. Michael advised what to say to the delivery guy and that someone was on the way. Because of the fast service and the empathy Michael had for me, the guy returned and installed the refrigerator!! Wyatt came out, handled the situation very professionally and the job was done. All of the staff that I have come in contact with are very nice and pleasant from the beginning to the end. I have never had a problem with their work. Think twice before you call any other plumber except Flow Pro Plumbing. You won't regret it!!!

Technician arrived promptly for an emergency pipe bust. House was flooded with water and I only made one call to FloPro. They came quickly and even took care of the water removal. I would highly recommend this company.

Flow Pro got me an appointment with Chris who was not just good, he was terrific. He diagnosed the problem with my water heater immediately, went and got the necessary parts to fix it, and then repaired it quickly and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and shared tips while he was working. I could not have asked for better service.
