I had an amazing experience with Martinez Plumbing and Drain, LLC! Their service was both fast and efficient. I called them for an issue that Peachy Plumbing wasn't able to fix after 3 attempts, and they arrived quickly, assessed the problem, and had everything fixed in no time. Austin and Chris were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, making sure to explain everything along the way. It’s rare to find such great customer service combined with speedy results. I highly recommend Martinez Plumbing and Drain for anyone needing reliable plumbing and drain services. They truly exceeded my expectations!

My water heater started having many issues. When I called and spoke with Mikey, he was knowledgeable, took time to speak with me about the problem, and even took time to try and do some diagnostics over the phone. Once we both agreed replacing the unit would be the best decision, he gave me a quote over the phone and scheduled me in. He even allowed me to call a few other places in case I could find a better deal (which I could not). Austin and his crew showed up very promptly, and they got to work immediately. They were so fast, maybe done in an hour and a half, and had everything up and running. Austin even explained to me how certain aspects of the water heater worked (as I was curious) and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was extremely polite, as well as the other crew members, and they did a great job. I'd highly recommend giving Martinez Plumbing and Drain., LLC a call, as I was not disappointed. I am even thinking of having them install some gas lines for my dryer and stove for future use.

My garbage disposer ceased functioning on New Year's Day, so I promptly contacted my warranty company, which referred me to Martinez Plumbing. Within 20 minutes, I received a callback from Martinez Plumbing. The owner offered an earlier date, but due to my limited availability, the first available appointment was on January 7th. Chris and Michael arrived at my house precisely at 8 AM. Their customer service and friendly demeanor were impressive. They thoroughly educated me on every piece of equipment they used, satisfying my curiosity. I can confidently recommend this company without reservation. If you have the opportunity, request Chris and Michael. They are exceptional at what they do! I'm sure their coworkers perform great work as well.

The entire team were friendly & professional throughout the project. They were punctual, worked steadily, checked to make sure everything was working properly and to our satisfaction! Great quick service. As a realtor in the Augusta area a great plumber is very important to my clients/business. Martinez plumbing gives great service in a timely manner. Leadership is also easy to communicate with.

I got home on Friday night to find a burst water line in my attic. I went online to find an emergency plumber and just started with the first one listed. He was not able to come out until 11:00 pm. I asked him if he knew of anyone else and was referred to Martinez Plumbing and Drain. I called them immediately and spoke with the service technician, Austin. After I explained the urgency of my situation he told me he would wrap up the call he was on and head my way. When I showed him the leak he reassured me that he would get it stopped, and he did. He also pointed out some issues with my hot water heater and recommended replacing it. Before Austin left another leak developed in the ceiling of my kitchen. Once again he assured me he would handle it and he delivered yet again. Austin did not leave my house until after 9:00 pm Friday night. Not once did he complain about working so late and he explained everything step by step. Austin returned Saturday afternoon and was able to replace my hot water water heater as well. I am in the service industry myself and cannot overstate the positive attitude and professionalism he displayed, he went above and beyond and always had a smile.
