Mr. Chris was awesome! He was very transparent and kept me up to date on my entire project. It’s not always easy to select someone to repipe your entire house - but we made it happen and it’s done! I like that he was passionate about his work and making sure that it was done properly. I have worked with Mr. Milton as well - he provided great customer service and insight.

Brad came out for an emergency call to repair a crack on our main water line entering the home. The scheduling service was prompt and attentive and Brad arrived and got right to work. He made the installation better than he found it by leveling the water meter box and adjusting the piping to avoid future issues. Will definitely call Mr Rooter for future needs!

Tech was very professional and explained what the problem was and what he had to fix. He showed e the valve that was broken and also the new replacement which was still packaged up.

We had water leaking for two days and were not given the common courtesy of letting us know that no one was able to come through after being promised for two days and given time lines in which no one showed up. We could have seeked service from some where else. The whole process was very unprofessional and disappointing.

Milton came out and fixed a leak. He was very friendly and quick. We’ve had good experiences both times with used Mr. Rooter and would use them again. Pricing was significantly lower than another company that came out the day before.

The customer service from the receptionist is horrendous. I had a large fairly expensive amount of work done at my home and there was a recurring issue within a few days. After trying to reach out to anyone using the number on my receipt and the number listed on the web I had to leave 5 messages and finally “caught” the receptionist in the office after many calls. The voice mail says cyber plumbing not Mr. Rooter. It’s confusing and although it asks you to send a text they won’t respond that way either. The girl who i finally spoke with was awful. She wanted to argue about me not being in her system. She mocked me was sarcastic and extremely rude and dis respectful. Super immature. She told me she “guaranteed “ she would speak to the owner and he wouldn’t fix my issue she laughed and thought the whole ordeal was a joke or some argument she needed to win. It was appalling. I’m still experiencing the same issues Over 2,000$ later.
