What else can you say, first time customer. Woke up to a clogged shower drain. Called a company I’ve done business with for over 30 years, was told can’t be there until Thursday morning the soonest! This was Tuesday morning. This was the second time I was told a few days wait on another issue! I called a few other companies and got answering services and asked if I was a regular customer, when I told them no, it was also a 2 day wait, being a new customer! Downright was at my house in 3 hours! An hour ahead of the time quoted to me!!! Professional, courteous, did great work! Cleaned up after themselves! Again, what is there to say! We have a new plumbing company to help us in the future. You can’t go wrong with Down Right Plumbing!

If I could give a zero I would! We were quoted running all new pipe. I have attached a picture of the pipe that was left behind from Down Right Plumbing. They came ran a little pipe, snaked something with 5 men and then left. The owner cut the check taking their word that the work was done which it was not. They were called the next morning asking if they were coming back out. The owner of Down Right Plumbing answered and said the work had been completed. We stopped payment on the check until the work is completed or we are invoiced for the work that was actually completed. The owner showed up today and started raising his voice to employees and pointing in their faces and is now threatening lawyers because his company didn't complete work! This is the last plumbing company I would call. Horrible customer service from the OWNER!

Danny from Downright Plumbing is the expert everyone should have. He was obviously very experienced and clearly and graciously answered any and all questions we had about the problem, besides which his work was efficient, and the cost was surprisingly less than what the first assessment made us expect. Cheers for Danny! I'd ask for him from DownRight Plumbing every time. Five stars.

I have used Downright several times for various projects. They have always been first and foremost nice and knowledgeable. They are very reasonable in price. I wish they would start a yearly plan with them. I would sign up.

Downright Plumbing is one of the few companies left that does an honest job in a timely manner without trying to rip you off. They will be our go-to plumbers as long as we live in their service area. Thanks to Travis, Bradley and Nolan for doing a great job and to the owner Mark for being a very fair businessman!

October 2022 Down Right Plumbing (DRP) installed a 2-way cleanout at the house and a line to tank. A few weeks later, the cleanout pipe had popped out of the ground. DRP did come back out but the job was done poorly. The result was a loose connection which caused a leak into the ground. February 2025 it was discovered that a tree route, due to the exposed leak, completely severed the pipe causing the cleanout valve to not do it's intended job. The result was back flow into my garage. Also, the pipe going to the tank that they also replaced settled over time creating a bend (due to not having gravel added underneath) which caused a puddle of water preventing a smooth flow. At the same time, DRP installed a field line leaving dirt that settled creating ditches in my back yard. I tried calling and emailing DRP requesting to grate my backyard and I received no reply. Now, left with an ugly back yard. Metro Plumbing did a great job getting the job done right. They added gravel under the pipe to ensure a straight smooth flow. Also the pipe is a much better quality material. They informed me that they always grate the property after adding field lines and will even come out 6 moths later if needed due to settling.

I will always use this company! Mark and his crew came out to my salon to get me ready for opening. They knocked everything out in a day! One day I had a pipe that popped out of my shampoo bowl. Mark knew I had clients to get to that day and he showed up within 20 minutes to help me and even helped cleanin up! I can’t say enough great things. My entire family now uses them!
