I have wonderful words for two of the technicians. Ewan helped me when I had a devastating problem in the house at the same time I was taken to emergency room. Two surgeries later I got Brad today who was just wonderful! Two great personable knowledgeable technicians..I would without a doubt tell everyone to call with their troubles to fix

James was great. Very knowledgeable and professional. I wasn't too.pleased with the pricing but who is ever.pleased with pricing It turns out that the job is bigger than we thought. There is concrete that must be dug up to get to the pipe in question. Also, the fact that James had done a solar job for 3 of my closest neighbors and they are all happy is commendable.

I was struggling to find the right size washer pan to fit under my washing machine and how to install it, given the odd drain configuration. I even ordered a pan from Home Deport, that did not work. James offered a good solution, and immediately found me a washer pan that would fit my space and my new washing machine. He even gave me a great laundromat recommendation while we wait for the washing machine. I am very happy, and heading off to the new laundromat.

A neighbor recommended Atlanta Star Plumbing to us during a gas supply emergency that occurred while we were out of town. We discovered the problem upon returning home and contacted our gas supplier, but they would do nothing until we had a plumber check the gas meter! We called ASP. Bruce, the service rep who came to our house, responded within 25 minutes and not only checked the meter, but also checked all of our appliances, as well as the furnace and water heater. That done, we were then able to contact the gas supplier, who in turn contacted Atlanta Gas. AG then dispatched two teams of workers who safely contained and repaired a potentially dangerous gas leak in front of our home, which had resulted from recent sidewalk construction in Brookhaven. Thank you, Bruce, and Atlanta Star Plumbing!

Both Britt and Arthur (I think he’s new so his name doesn’t show up) gave me excellent service. Britt went above and beyond what was necessary and I won’t hesitate to call on Arthur and Britt again if I have another issue.

Atlanta Star Plumbing provided great service! He had two blockages in our pipes that was a big undertaking to clear. The job was done well and inspected afterward to ensure everything had been cleared properly. They were honest about the issues with the blockage and went over possible solutions. We were able to call and get seen same day!

This was my second time with Atlanta Star Pumbling. I've had them repair showers, sinks, and even the main water line to my home. These guys are extremely polite, respectful, and never overcharging, or trying to upsell you something. If I ever need plumbing help, i'm going with ASP exclusively
