Had my water heater go out at 3 am, had a new one installed by 7:30! Great professional company! Make sure to ask for James He is Incredibly awesome and knows what you need and why you need it! Will never choose another plumbing company again! TRUEBLUE ONLY!

We had a wonderful experience with True Blue; the very kind receptionist was able to squeeze us in on short notice after our basement sump pump failed before Thanksgiving. When James and Samuel came to the house they were incredibly nice, professional, and accommodating (they even wore booties over their shoes in the house and put down plastic to protect the carpets as they were coming in and out). The work they did (replacing an overflow tank and the sump pump) was quick and fairly priced, and they walked us through everything before they started to make sure we understood the scope, taking time to answer our questions, etc. We never felt rushed or pushed into any decisions. Highly recommend!

Definitely recommend James Guzman and True Blue Plumbing. Always professional and courteous, James has worked on a lot of our plumbing since we moved in 2 years ago. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Will work hard to make sure the customer is satisfied!

James same out on time and performed his normal safety check, and I’m glad he did. I had abnormal water pressure? 80 psi rather than 60. I had a failed pressure reducing valve, a failed thermal expansion tank, a failed anode rod and I needed a heater flush. All this work was completed in 2 hours, at a fair price. I appreciate the Veterans discount applied also James! I highly recommend True Blue Plumbing!!

Used their services for a water heater replacement. Extremely professional and courteous. Unlike other companies, they did not try to oversell any services and very trustworthy. The installation went very smoothly. Would certainly use their services in the future.

Had a toilet issue with a soft clog and water leaking around the base of the toilet. Zack, the technician was professional courteous, and did a fine job. I’ve used this company for other projects in the past and have never been dissatisfied.
