I had a leaky faucet in my bathtub. Seth came out and was very professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. He gave an estimate on the price before doing the work. He was thorough, quick and efficient. He was very careful with cleanliness. He wore booties inside the house to protect the floor and cleaned up after his work. I mentioned a slow drain and he fixed that too. I would highly recommend Direct Services for any plumbing job. I am very pleased with their work.

Very responsive and communicative. They were extremely knowledgeable and explained the issue and how to fix it in great detail concerning our gas leak. Price was great compared to other companies. Would highly recommend if anyone is experiencing a gas leak of any kind.

Rick and Company are great! I have called on this company for the last 7 years. I appreciate the professionalism and quality of their work. Recently I needed new pipe work done on top of my hot water heater. Seth came out and replaced the pipes using copper. It was amazing and he is very good at doing copper plumbing. He did a wonderful job. Thank you Seth!!!

Good, but expensive comparatively. Bought two bathroom sink faucets/handles and a tub faucet/handle at Lowes. At checkout, the price for installation was under $150 for each of the sinks, and under $200 for the tub. I ultimately decided to go with a different brand/set from Home Depot instead and Home Depot just has its various "Pros" (list of local providers) contact you to come out and give you a quote. The quote from Direct Services for doing all three was over a $1,000! Over twice as much.

I cannot recommend this locally, family-owned company enough. The Saturday before Thanksgiving, we smelled gas in our garage. It was caused by a faulty line leading to our hot water heater. Monday morning, Direct Services was at our house, making preparations to rerun gas lines and install a tankless system. It was a huge job, but it was completed that day, and the company worked with us and our local city utilities to help us finance the work through on city billing—saving us a huge, unexpected expense at the holidays.

The guy that came was great! I started doing my project and he showed up and gave me some advice and I really appreciated that because he didn’t have to say what he did! This company is great and will be calling them in the future if I need them!!

Rick did the needed work at our church. He was on time, efficient, and fixed our problem. Sewer gas smell. If we have further issues… he will help us resolve them. Very helpful and kind As a side issue, he looked at our electric hot water heater. Told me even though dated (2006) was still good to go. I appreciate his professional opinion and will save us an unnecessary expense. Mary Scott
