The moment you make appointment, you should think of it as being robbed. It’s a simple task of the gathering all the materials and connecting water purifier line. I easily installed it myself at home, but when I tried to install it at the store, management said I had to call plumbing, so I got a referral from the management. They spent time buying 10 pieces of .02 “ length cross type screws for organizing line and sent a claiming $1,200 plus tax it took 7.5hours instead 3.5 hours. The amount we settled on after fighting $ 989 plus tax. On the first day, the Plummer said it would be complete 2 hours with purchase crews, but company call him to make next appointment enforceable take Plummer away, and deliberately extend the time to inflate the amount. It’s scam. Never use.

As a tenant I quickly informed my property manager (pm) about the toilet tank leaking & clogged sink P-trap. PM tasked out Furuta Plumbing to address the issues. What I liked about Furuta Plumbing was that they were fast to schedule, sent me a text message who the technician is along with a photo - that is awesome! My technician, Elijah, called to inform me he was on his way. Elijah was easy to work with, knowledgeable, quick, and very respectful. First time working with this company so alI would recommend this company.

These guys are great. I called the yesterday because our office toilets were backing up. Dayton answered and said he will have someone out between 1-3pm THE SAME DAY (I called at 11am). Sure enough 1:30pm i receive a text from their tech Saying he’s on the way. When arrived he was quick and sharp. Was able to get our toilets woking properly. Would definitely recommend this company. This will the only company we call.

Our company has been on multiple jobs with this plumbing company and we’ve always had clients say how impressed and happy they were! Their response time is great, the way they talk to clients & thheir professionalism and knowledge can’t be beat! I’ve recommended them to multiple friends and my aunty recently used them. She was so impressed with the repairman! Said that they were young but knew their stuff and did a excellent job. She also said she’ll be saving their number for future use! Great company who I’ve used a number of times. Called them again to do the plumbing on my addition. They are super responsive, come when they say they are going to come, are professional and do great work, and clean up afterwards. Willing and able to accommodate our timeline and responsive to on-the-spot adjustments. Can’t recommend this team enough!

Driver in vehicle #02 cut us off on the freeway (myself, wife and 8 year old son) almost ran us off the freeway, without signaling.... When I pulled up next to him he laughed.... Then when he noticed we took a picture he drove slower in front of us and used his signals more than necessary like he was mocking us.... I was AMAZED that someone in business vehicle would act like this.

These guys are awesome. They came to our house the same day we called and fixed a pipe with a major clog (pipe was blocked over 30 feet down). Friendly technician provided us good updates as he troubleshot the problem. We previously used a different plumbing company for a similar issue and the bill from Furuta was significantly less- Furuta didn't nickle and dime us with any hidden fees. Straightforward, friendly, and quality service. I highly recommend.
