Toilet was leaking and needed it quickly resolved at my elderly father’s home. 535 answered quickly and responded even quicker. Mark Mizusawa (Tech) from 535 Plumbing was the technician who came out was kind, courteous and explained what he was doing for my elderly father. Appreciate everything. In terms of pricing, it seemed fine for what we needed and when we needed it done. Will contact them again.

Phillip from 535 Plumbing skillfully removed sewage pipes, installed new cast iron pipes, seated a flange above the tile, created a fire block, and placed a new toilet. Working with 535 Plumbing was great. Diana and the admin staff answered my inquiry within 15 min of me requesting service through Home Depot and were able to get me scheduled for the install of our new water heater same day. The installation team of Jourdan and Alejandro did a great job. They picked up the new water heater from Home Depot for us, did a quick and clean install and took away the old water heater for disposal. Jourdan explained the operation of the water heater and even recommended what maintenance I should do to keep the unit running strong and efficient in the years to come. They ensured everything was working properly, that there were no leaks and that we were happy with the completed work. 535 Plumbing provided excellent service replacing my kitchen sink and faucet. The whole process was quick and efficient, completed within 1.5 hours. The new sink and faucet look great and work perfectly. Professional, timely, and high-quality work — highly recommend!

535 did a fantastic job for me, special shout out to Johnny and Jourdan! I reported to them two separate problems: 1) A toilet tank was filling very slooowly, and 2) the adjacent sink was draining even slower. After diagnosing the problems they first set about rebuilding the toilet tank. They completely removed the tank, cleaned it (!) and replaced it with a new seal, valve, filler, and even adjusted the chain so the handle is easier to push. After testing thoroughly, they tackled the clogged drain - which I had lived with for well over 10 years - by first removing the P valve, and then using their 25’ long mechanical snake to remove gobs of thick black gunk from the pipe. They reassembled everything and tested for good drainage and no leaks. When they told me they were done, they walked me through each step of the repairs that were made before reviewing the charges with me. That’s when Johnny noticed that a “Senior Discount” wasn’t applied, so he made that final fix to my bill and left me a happy customer. Got a plumbing problem? John and Gabe came to fix a leak in my bathroom and unclogged my laundry drain. They found the leak and installed a brand new toilet, pretty fast. The clog in the laundry room was pretty challenging but they worked on it continuously for a while until it was cleared. They were great! Even my dog loved them! (And she’s normally a pretty good watchdog, a barker, )but she never made a peep, letting them go in and out of the house, just following them wagging her tail! I’d highly recommend this duo if u have plumbing issues!! The prices we were charged weren’t ridiculous either for the amount of work they put in!

Johnny was quick, efficient and cleared the clog that had been plaguing our kids shower/tub for weeks. He also took the time to answer all my questions and gave advice to help prevent further issues. We'll definitely be calling Johnny and 535 Plumbing for any future issues.

John and Gabe stopped by my unit to repair my water valve that was leaking. They were both very professional and completed the job quickly. Some water leaked during the repair process (as expected), but they cleaned up after themselves which is very much appreciated.
