Harry (the very gracious owner) dispatched Osha and Alysa to our condo in less than an hour to fix a drainage problem. It was a complicated job because the drain flows from the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and washer into a main line. They fixed the problem in less than 45 minutes in a very professional, courteous, and teamwork manner. We were so pleased and impressed by their knowledge and workmanship. We had the same problem last year and it took one of those "rotor" named companies three trips to fix over the course of a full, painful week and cost us 3x as much. Our resident manager (who is very discerning about plumbers for good reason) was so happy that he asked for their business card. That alone was a 5 star compliment. Honestly, we couldn't be happier with our experience and Kama Hele will be our go-to plumber forever, especially Osha and Alysa. Mahalo to both of them!

I called this place twice within a month & the guy who answered both times was extremely rude & unprofessional, I believe it was mainly because it was after hours! I could barely hear him talk over a young child screaming in the background, & when I tried to inform him about it, he mentioned my comment to a third party in the room, & laughed about it …(he never once even asked what problem I needed help with, if he could help me at all, or where I was located! If you want some expert professional help to a problem you’re experiencing, I’d call ANY OTHER BUSINESS than this one, you’d just be wasting your time!

No customer should need to pay half or anything upfront to proceed with a job. A business wouldint be in business if it wasnt for customers, you are earning every customers trust and business with every call you recieve daily. Be upfront and truthful. If any customer who pays for a service before the job is done or hasnt even started is senseless. 0 🌟 to this plumbing company and I wouldint recommend to anyone.
