I read 1 star comments from those who rated this shop. Donât believe it until you come to this shop to experience it yourself. I have a dinosaur shower head that leaks. I took it off and went to Home Depot to find the replacement part. No luck! I went to Amazon to look to this Classic/Collectible shower head part. Again, No Luck! I then went to Ferguson Plumbing Supply to find this part. The salesman looked at it and said I have not seen it befoređ€Ł he then took it to show it to his senior salesman. The older salesman said they donât sale collectible plumbing partđ€Łthe younger salesman told me to go to Plumbing Part and Supply Corporation. This shop may have it. As I entered Plumbing Part and Supply Corporation door, a salesman looked at me and asked âhow many do you need?â I was dumb founded and was thinking Is he talking to me or to another customer who was standing at the counter. I did not know what to say. He then looked at me and asked again âhow many do you need?â I then hold up the collectible part that I have in a grocery white plastic bag and asked him âthis part?â. He said âyesâ! That was freaking scary!!!! I did not show him the plumbing part that I need and the plumbing part was in a white grocery bag. As I walked into the door, he saw the plumbing part in the white bag that I was carrying!!! How??? Once I made the purchase, I asked him how to install it correctly. He gave me the instructions how to do it!! Super Nice and very Professional!!! Highly recommended!!!

Awesome! They were so patient and helpful. They walked me through my kitchen sink repair. No more 'water termites,' and my kitchen sink/drain works again! I'll be back any time I need plumbing things. (Great prices, too.)

Don't use this store if you don't want to be scammed for your money. I went to buy a shower Delta Faucet Spool part a few days ago and the salesperson told me the price of one part is $164...!!! I told him the price is too high and the salesperson sarcastically told me to go if I didn't want to buy it, but since I need a part, I didn't think the person would cheat on me, so I bought it and replaced the part. The problem is... just in case, the price I checked on Amazon on the Internet is about $66... For a moment, I was so dumbfounded by the thought of being deceived. And after I paid for it, I can't forget what the salesperson said...! No return!!! Now I know why he said no.... lol Please don't make silly mistakes like me and buy at an honest store at the right price...!!!

I've used this place for over 30 years. I rely on their judgment and they've always given me excellent advice. I am in the process of replacing my garbage disposal unit and I wanted advice on what pieces of pipes, fittings I would need. I showed them a picture of my current disposal and a sheet of the new disposal's specs. I was willing to purchase whatever they said I needed even if the total expense was high. Earlier I had been to another hardware store and priced out plumbing parts and the total was close to $100 dollars. I figured I really needed someone who would know what to do in my situation. The person at Plumbing Parts looked at my current hardware and told me I didn't need new pipes, but just needed new fittings. Total cost of supplies? $25!!! Wow. This is definitely the go to place for my plumbing supplies. Another example : A long time ago I needed an unusual fitting. He didn't have what I needed but pointed me to a specific hardware store that did. ( I had previously gone to several places and couldn't find this fitting)

I needed to find a replacement shower valve cartridge. Luckily they had 2. I went over within 20 minutes. The owner, older gentlemen greeted me and was really nice. But another, shorter and skinner gentlemen came to me with what I had asked for. He wasnât rude but said that I wouldnât be able to fit what I was looking to fit over the one I was looking to buy because he said it âwould look usedâ if I didnât buy it. The cartridge was $158/Cartridge. Seemed over priced but I really had no other choice. He brought the reciept over but before I paid, I went outside to call Fergusonâs down the road. They also had 2 and was half the price at $88/cartridge. I donât need people to be nice to me so thatâs not why Iâm writing this review. I understand you have to run a business but to charge nearly 2x what other people are charging because you know they have little other choice is predatory in my opinion. I would just suggest you call around before you go here. I would have ended up paying over $300 for two small shower cartridges had I not called Fergusonâs.

Went in with a question and even had existing shower cartridge with me- young local guy black scuba shirt shut the questions down and rushed me out the door. Unfriendly, unproffessional, and unwilling to help. Thats too bad i have heard great things about this place. Maybe better luck next time. To the managers, guys like that in the front will really slim out the clients over time.

Terrible customer service due to hostile attitude of employee (presumably the owner due to his arrogance and old age). The poor experience started with my call to the store to get some clarification as to the store's exact location, as it was not easy to find from the street. The person I spoke with was a bit short with me and was clearly frustrated at having to provide this assistance. When my wife and I entered the store, a man waved us over to the counter. It was immediately clear that this was likely the same person I spoke with on the phone as he walked up to the counter without saying anything and stared at me waiting for me to start the conversation. As I tried to explained to him the current configuration of our tub faucet, he continued to insist that my explanation was inadequate. I even took pictures and showed him what we were working with (which was enough for the Lowes employee to understand), but he kept incoherently rambling on about how there must be more than what I am showing him. When he angrily told me "I don't even know how to get to first base with you," I told him we would take our business elsewhere and that he had a bad attitude. I am clearly not a plumbing expert. I took a photo of the internals of my tub faucet to show my current setup (to the maximum extent possible without breaking tile), hoping that a professional could provide a bit of guidance. That clearly did not happen. Even if I am not the desired clientele, I would still expect a basic level of decency in how the employees/owner interact with potential customers. If, in fact, the person I spoke with was the owner and is reading this, I would suggest you check your attitude/your mental health for the sake of your business.

Jan 04/2023. My salt lake apt needed plumbing parts. Our apt office recommend this place. I purchased it two items. 1st was kohler valve kit for $55.90. 2nd. Press REG for $ 72.20. Total $134.14. Kohler and amazon website had for $17.99 and $ 24.99. 3 to 4 times cheaper. I had old parts with me and ask for same parts. But it dont fit.. So today Jan 05/2023. Ask for return and refund. But was deny cuz package was open. What??. You guys gave me the wrong one and how I know it fit with out opening. Please do not go
