Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

First of all, Roto-Rooter was the only well known company that was able to come in on Sunday to work on our disposal. Johnny the technician was very professional and got straight to work after quoting on what he would need to do. Thanks again Johnny!

Roto-Rooter quickly sent their serviceman out, and he fixed the problem that restricted the whole house from being able to send water down the drain. Friendly serviceman, great communication, and a fair price! What more could you ask for?!! Thank you Roto-Rooter.

Johnny was very efficient in installing a new kitchen faucet and pointed out a couple valves that were worn and suggested replacing them since he was already working under the sink. I was happy with the work and the reasonable price.

Missed the first scheduled appointment, but Roto-Rooter made up for their mistake with a great discount and prompt service when they arrived the next day. Johnny was great.

Joseph was sent to assess my kitchen sink since the water wasn’t going down. He arrived in a timely manner and assessed the problem quickly. He gave me price estimate and I agreed to do the work. He was very thorough and explained things along the way as he did the work answering all of my questions. He got the problem resolved and made sure there were no leaks or any water dripping from any of the parts that needed to be tightened really well. He cleaned up his area and made sure everything was contained to a plastic bag to be thrown away outside. He gave excellent service today and I am so appreciative that I have my sink back in working order now. I will deposited use Joseph again if I can request him in the future if ever needed.

What plumber comes over at 8 pm?? Joe from Roto-rooter!! He’s our hero tonight and fixed the clogged toilet in less than an hour. On top of that, he’s so kind and sweet. Five stars aren't enough to describe my satisfaction with his great, clean, complete, and timely work!!

Joseph was prompt and extremely professional. He explained what he was doing and the best way to repair the pipes, not to mention it was an emergency late night call.
