Now we know why Allen's Plumbing ranks highest on Maui. Our first-hand experience across a multitude of plumbing related issues in our condo was 5-star. We had had experience with Allen's years ago but when our condo manager highly recommended them for recent issues, we were happy to call. They came out the next day--Preston and Damian--excellent teamwork, with expert knowledge and solution based attention, they got the job done. Left us smiling!

Had an issue with my water softener system that failed. Allens sent someone to determine what the issue was, ordered the needed motherboard and had it replaced in no time. Connie is a great service manager. Also, Marissa and Mike in the office were very helpful with my needs!

My service was fast efficient and courteous. My technician Bennet Peters was knowledgeable and friendly answering all my questions with honesty and candor! He definitely deserves commendation and recognition as well as Daniel Kapoi a technician and his partner who also showed me great energy and professionalism! Their attention and outstanding attitude and professional appearance moved me to making my appointment and then in a turnaround of less than three hours from encountering Brian and his work partner. I had an outstanding plumbing technician Bennet Peters dispatched to solve my issue for a more than reasonable and surprisingly affordable price! My technician Brian also patiently answered all my questions and advised me of all of my future plumbing projects I want to pursue. I am very pleased with this local company of super professionals! Bravo! I have a plumbing company and great technicians I can trust! I also send commendations to the excellent customer service agents and the dispatcher who scheduled my service call with efficiency and care! Super grateful and happy!

Had an issue with my septic system and Allen’s Plumbing was able to come over and resolve it same day. They scheduled and additional day of work to dig up and clear the lines of tree roots. J appreciate there fast response and service.

Shout out to Matt from Allen’s plumbing he was very polite and courteous. He came on time, triple checked everything to make sure we had hot water. Matt answered all our questions and was very easy to talk to. He even called to check to see if everything was ok with the new water meter. I recently contacted Allen’s Plumbing and was assisted by Kane, who promptly came out to my parents’ house that same afternoon to assess an underground underslab leak. The following day, Kane dispatched Preston to handle the repairs. Preston arrived with a professional attitude and immediately got to work. He conducted thorough diagnostics and testing on the plumbing, quickly pinpointing the exact location of the pipes under the slab. With precision, he cut into the concrete to expose the necessary piping for the repairs. Preston’s expertise and professionalism stood out throughout the process. My father, who has dealt with many plumbers, said Preston is by far the best he’s ever worked with. I’m incredibly impressed with the service provided by the Allen’s Plumbing team, especially Kane and Preston. My plumber and dispatcher were great and able to find my issue right away. I was lucky they had the parts to fix my solar water heater the same day. I did expect them to be so fast!
