I recently had a number of plumbing problems in my rental unit in Kaneohe. From the first phone call I ever made to full service Plumbing I was given amazing, rare fantastic customer service. The lady who answers the phone really knew her stuff. The communication between the techs (they had to come out twice-not their fault) was top notch. They even dealt with educating my renters about Plumbing care so as to avoid plumbing issues down the line. All of this I dealt with remotely from another state. I will never use another plumbing company. They go above and beyond.
