Full Service Plumbing

I recently had a number of plumbing problems in my rental unit in Kaneohe. From the first phone call I ever made to full service Plumbing I was given amazing, rare fantastic customer service. The lady who answers the phone really knew her stuff. The communication between the techs (they had to come out twice-not their fault) was top notch. They even dealt with educating my renters about Plumbing care so as to avoid plumbing issues down the line. All of this I dealt with remotely from another state. I will never use another plumbing company. They go above and beyond.

Amazing customer service from the office friendly, great follow through, and excellent communication about schedule changes. As far as the plumbing service - so professional, friendly, efficient and competent. Couldn’t have been a better experience.

FSP and Jeffrey are the only plumbers I trust and would recommend. They have been available on short notice for jobs both big/complex and small. I have had nothing but good experiences with them on several projects over several years. I would recommend them to any friend or colleague, without hesitation, and have done so a number of times.

Full Service Plumbing is EXCEPTIONAL! They replaced of my old galvanized plumbing with new copper pipes expertly and at a really good price. Owner, Jeffrey is an experienced pro and knows his job well: 1) Jeffrey provided excellent information upon his initial visit to give me an estimate. He explained the scope of work and projected a timeline of how long it would take and what would be done. He came out a second time when I decided to move my washer and dryer and didn't charge me extra for the visit or the change. 2) Office Manager, Lindsay was professional, courteous and delightful to work with. She got the estimate to me quickly and reassured me that Jeffrey wouldn't waiver (I was nervous because it was the lowest bid). She was understanding of my special scheduling needs and flexible when I had to change my original dates. 3) Jeffrey was on site and each day and provided progress reports and made sure to let me know that if I had questions he was just a phone call away. He adjusted my water pressure when I said that it was too strong and checked back with me the next day to make sure I was happy with the adjustment. He also made a few on-the-spot changes at my request. 4) The 3-man crew was respectful and courteous. They didn't need to open as many walls as initially expected and put things back together afterward. They were on target in finishing the job within the scheduled time frame. They also cleaned up after themselves, so on the last day the only way I could tell that they had been there at all . . . was by the excellent water pressure and cleaner water coming out of my faucets. Full Service Plumbing can handle any kind of plumbing jobs! Don't hesitate to call them. They're the BEST!

I highly recommend Full Service Plumbing. Unlike many of the franchise companies, an actual licensed plumber, Owner Jeff Gilbert, came out and gave me a sound evaluation of my 54-year old cast iron drain pipe, and a fair price for replacing 35-feet of 4-inch pipe, one cleanout with a new 2-wye cleanout and a new connection/cleanout to the street lateral. They did the work ahead of schedule and added some extra work that they did not charge for. His young men were courteous and hard-working. I will call them for any future plumbing work that I might need and recommend them to my family and friends.

Full Service Plumbing did a fantastic job installing a hot water heater and moving pipes and drainage for our laundry machine. They were very neat, cleaned up when finished and the the new laundry box is in a much better location for our machines. Originally we wanted to replace our hot water heater with a tankless model. Jeff, the owner, came to our house and looked at what we have and explained what we would have to change to get a tankless water heater to work. We obviously do not have the electrical power load to handle a tankless water heater. In the future when we upgrade our house, we'll increase the electrical load to handle a tankless water heater. Besides this work, Full Service Plumbing in the past has replaced toilets in a rental condo we have in Waikiki, and replaced part of our sewer line that had rusted through and was leaking. All plumbers did great work at a great price. Will always call them first when I need plumbing work.

We had such a positive experience with Full Service Plumbing (FSPHI). We had leaking galvanized water supply piping in our older kamaaina home (sound familiar?!) and were so fortunate to find FSPHI. On a late Friday evening, we sent out our urgent help queries and Lindsey immediately responded with Jeff visiting the home right away providing a thorough (best solution) assessment including a reasonable cost quotation and ultimately and most importantly a timely completion (2-3 days) with new supply piping in place. Water pressure is better than ever. Foremost, what we were led to believe by other assessors to be a very complex repair (digging thru slabs to find the leak ... really?) became instead a direct and straightforward path forward via the experience and oversight of Jeff. A super, big, big mahalo to Jeff, Lindsey and crew!

Jeffrey inspected a potential purchase today and I couldn’t have asked for a more down to earth tell it how it is and get job done right the first time kinda guy.
