BEWARE!!!! Company did a faulty repair causing flooding into my neighbors ceiling (Condo). Company not only recharged me to fix their mistake (overtightened a pipe and cracked it), but I also had to pay to fix and repaint my neighbors bathroom. I never thought I would fall victim to a shady company, but shame on me for choosing them. If your reading this, I hope it helps you make an educated decision on whether or not to use this company. UPDATE 2018...The company has somehow been able to delete my experience from other reviews...bottom line, I paid to have their mistake repaired, and had to pay the construction cost twice for their mistake... I was offered a 25% discount on labor only 2k mistake that they never owned up to...I still chuckle thinking about the second time they came to fix the problem and the technician told me "whoever tried to fix this before over tightened the brass fitting", once I told him it was his company who did it 4 months earlier, he shut his face... I'm still pissed thinking about this 6 years later!! 2025 update!! ‐---‐------------------- They still haven't made this right after over a decade. Long/short, if you are all good with paying another company the same amount you pay these 🤡 's to do the same work, step on up and waste your money. You're better off just throwing that money out the window first, then hire a REAL company that won't rob you first.

Do not use this company. Incompetent isn’t a strong enough word to describe the quality of work. They came out to fix a dripping tub faucet. After replacing a part, the faucet wasn’t dripping but a couple of days later, I found a large amount of water dripping from the ceiling below as this shower was being used. I removed the cover to find the leak. It was leaking from the part they replaced but only when the water was turned on. They came back out to fix it. A few days later, I found another wet spot on the ceiling near the first one. This time it was a constant slow drip from the same part. They blamed me for removing the cover and refused to fix it unless I paid over $500 to replace the pipe fittings. I said it was their responsibility to fix their workmanship, and I didn’t do anything but find the leak. They never responded. I ordered the parts they supposedly replaced online for about $100 and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. One of the parts they said they replaced was old and had a crack. Don’t use them and tell a friend.

As a property manager, several years ago, I made the horrid mistake of calling this company when a tenant called for plumbing help. The tenant called to ask if the worker who showed up was truly from a plumbing company (the guy showed up in a passenger car that was cluttered with parts and I was told he looked unprofessional and a bit sketchy from the start. But the company was somehow an approved vendor for my brokerage, and I had not yet learned they were actually to be avoided.) That the repair did not go well and I never used them again. Only leaving this review now as I saw them still listed currently while I am looking for new vendors. Please avoid this company for your own good!

Do not use this plumbing company! He charged us for basically coming out and taking apart our faucet- never fixing the issue. Now we are taking the guy to court. If you are using them because of your home warranty recommend calling your home warranty and changing vendor.

They were a no call no show.
