Our water heater had a leak and needed to be replaced. After a plumbing company came out from Kailua and gave me an estimate that was outrageous, I asked some neighbors who else I could call, they pointed me to Hi-tech plumbing! I’m so glad they did! Kerry was very easy to get in contact with and personable! He was able to get me a new water heater and have it installed within 2 days of my call. His quote was much much less than the other company! Steve the installer did an amazing job and took the time to explain how to maintain the system so I can extend the life. Overall, Kerry and his team at Hi-Tech are honest and affordable! They will certainly be my go to plumbing company for life!

I had a maintenance on my solar water heater done. Steve (tech) was punctual, efficient, courteous & knowledgeable. He explained a few things about my system that could help us in the future. Dealing w/ Kerry & Aimee has been great as well!! Overall, their services are excellent & I would highly recommend their services to others. I will definitely use them again.
