Billy's Plumbing

Billy did my plumbing for my new house. I noticed a leak coming out from the bottom of my toilet. When I removed the toilet the toilet flange was 3 inches below floor grade. Toilet flange suppose to be 1/4 inch above grade. This was the cause of the leak. New X-LARGE wax ring I installed didn’t even compress. Seems like they don’t give a “shit””. Poor workmanship. This was my first floor bathroom so it didn’t cause any water damage. I also replaced a second floor toilet bowl wax about 4 years ago. This incident caused damage to my first floor ceiling. They didn’t use a X-LARGE wax which would of compressed/ sealed better than the regular waxed. Ended up replacing all the toilet bowl waxes for all second floor toilet. POOR WORKMANSHIP!!
