I have used Beacon for my HVAC, and plumbing at my house, as well as my elderly Mother's. I cannot recommend them enough! Their work is excellant, and the techs are professional, yet friendly. They offer helpful suggestions and options as necessary, and take the time to answer any questions. Their prices are comparable, and they have earned my trust. I would recommend them to anyone as a reliable and trusted company. The last project they installed 2 furnaces for me, and did some electrical work. Prior projects have been toilet replacement and replacing a 50yo drain out of my Mother's house. It all good, and works great!

100% would recommend!!!! Josh and Andrew were kind courteous, and friendly. I was stressing because I had not had hot water for a bit. MY FAULT not beacons. And they even delt with me being a "helicopter" customer asking questions the whole time lol. (Only because I find these things to be interesting) they recommended Beacons maintenance plan, that im very much going to join!!! Specal shout out to Andrew!!! ( who is believe was in training) Because part of the water heater instalation required him to crawl under the house and well he didn't complain a but or even hesitate, and i tell you what like i told him you couldn't pay me enough to crawl under there !!!!!!!!! They turned a stressful situation in to a very pleasant experience. I feel they went above and beyond in so many ways. So if your here reading reviews looking for service for your home this is the company to choose!!!!!

We had a great time with Dan, Quin and Jesse! They all went well far above and beyond to help us with every concern we had as new homeowners, and to help us plan for future upgrades and projects. Low-cost and simple, no-cost solutions were offered for problems that didn't require anything flashy or expensive. Dan and Quin took extra time and care to install a new fixture for us on the spot. Jesse also arrived very promptly and went to extra effort to ensure we had everything we needed. Conversation was cordial and light, and the entire process was very comfortable. We won't hesitate to ask for them again in the future

I had an unexpected leak in my water heater pressure tank and found water spraying out all over my garage right when we got home from the hospital with a newborn baby. I called beacon and they had a technician out within 15 minutes and fixed the issue within an hour for a reasonable price. I’m so thankful they were able to fix it so fast when we were home with a newborn and needed our water running. I’m super pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them if you have a plumbing issue!

From the moment Alex walked in to address our problem on a late friday night, I knew we were in good hands. He gave a choice of solutions for us to consider and explained what we were dealing with so it was easily understandable. He was professional every step of the way and in no time with no complaints the task was completed. He saved our weekend and was responsive after the job with our questions. Had a great experience with Beacon Plumbing! My bathtub faucet broke in the middle of the night, and I was in a panic because I didn’t know where my water main was. They responded quickly to my emergency, and Robert arrived ready to help. Not only did he fix the issue efficiently, but he also took the time to walk me through the entire process so I’d be prepared in the future. While he was here, I asked about some additional work, and he provided a clear, no-pressure quote. He was courteous, professional, and made sure to wear boot covers to keep my home clean. Quick, reliable service—I’ll definitely call them again if I need help.

We have used Beacon many times. They hire excellent plumbers. This visit was for a new kitchen sink and faucet. Hunter a 4th generation plumber, was wonderful ! He knows his trade ! Was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend beacon ! Thank you Hunter !!
