This place is a complete sham. I’m in the middle of a law suit against them. The main broke on my house and they came out to do the repairs with unlicensed workers and never pulled permits. They brought the main in above ground and left my yard in shambles. They used the wrong size piping, so the water in half my house didn’t work when it was done. Connor Jimenez hired these unprofessional workers who talked like they were big and had nice expensive vehicles but they just took my money and ghosted. They acted like they would make it right and settled with me for 19,000 in which Conner signed as well as I did for unpaid work that they owed because they originally agreed to repair the damage and do the plumbing in my bathrooms. Instead they took my money and ran. My lawyer sent letters to Pratik Patel, James Blake and Connor Jimenez to demand payment and I am also currently working with attorney generals in Idaho, Colorado and California. These individuals have not responded to any of the e mail or certified mail and and I’m sure are just hoping I go away, which I don’t plan on doing. The division of occupational licensing confirmed that no work was ever permitted and I’m sure that is because all the workers on my project were unlicensed. Dealing with this has been a nightmare. Don’t make the same mistake I did and stay away from this sham outfit.

I had assisted ELITE PLUMBING many times... All plumbers are quick to find out where the problem is... Very quick to re- act and good communication with home owners... In case of emergency situations day or nite ELITE PLUMBING will handle it! Good reliable company.

Mark came by to try and help us locate a drip I’ve been hearing on the house for the last month or so. He was very polite, professional, responsible, and made some suggestions without trying to upsell. I really felt like a valued customer even though it was an inspection. I will consider Elite for my plumbing needs on the future, especially with great service folks like Mark working for this company. Thank you again.

Dennis, Isaiah, and Tyree were AMAZING! The quote they gave me was exactly what I paid. They were professional, courteous, and quick! My issue was resolved in less than a half hour. Dennis ensured I was satisfied and went above and beyond to earn my business. Isaiah double checked his technician and assured me they found the cause and the resolution. Augustin and Miguel from Elite Rooter were very professional, responsive, and efficient in helping us address an urgent plumbing issue. They worked quickly over several days to perform a complicated replacement of 60+ year old cast iron and ceramic pipes that had completely collapsed under our garage. We did not have to dig up the garage foundation which was a tremendous cost and time saving. Best of all, they were very personable and made the entire experience stress free. When the work was done, it was like they had never been here at all. Highly recommend Elite Rooter, especially Augustin and Miguel.

Great company to work with. They were super accommodating with a change in schedule and arrived promptly when scheduled. Thomas was very friendly and professional. He made sure he understood my concerns/issues and talked me through all of my options. I also really appreciated his transparency in pricing and that I didn’t feel like I was being oversold on anything.
