Prompt, kind, and professional is Gary the Plumber!! I had the unfortunate experience of having my basement shower and toilet back up after running the washing machine (as a new homeowner this is a great way to ruin your weekend!) Gary to my rescue. He answered my call right away, figured out the issue ordered the new part, and had it all fixed up in 2 days. Thank you so much Gary!
