Idaho Backflow

We've been using IB for well over 7 years, and wouldn't go to anyone else. They've been wonderful to work with and don't damage our equipment (like our previous backflow person did). We use them for both commercial and residential. They've always been on time and very pleasant to work with. So glad they're part of our Idaho community.

Can't speak to the quality of their service, they never showed up. Waited several weeks, then they didn't show up on the day they said they would, nor would they provide me a timeframe of when I should expect them. Phone conversations were difficult. Always have to leave a voicemail first. Unable to get my questions answered, was often interrupted. Wasn't a good fit for me. Ended up scheduling somewhere else for the same price. They gave me a 1 hour window of when they'd be at my house.

These guys have the best customer service! They were able to help fix an issue over the phone and I couldn't be more grateful. Highly recommend, thanks Gavin!

Received the notice from city of Meridian regarding annual back flow check and somehow it got set aside in the junk mail pile. Needless to say we were last minute when we realized it hadn't been done yet. We called more than 5 of the companies on the list and it was consistently us being quoted a higher price or even a ridiculous "trip" fee for service to the central Meridian area. It felt like everyone was trying to take advantage of us as a result of our urgent need to have it done by the deadline. This was not the case when I called Idaho Backflow. Not only did they quote the same price that was listed but they were even able to squeeze us in at the end of the same week. Service was done on time and correctly. Would recommend to anyone and plan on using them going forward.

I called Idaho Backflow after scheduling another backflow testing service that just never made it out to do the job. Idaho Backflow gave me a date at that very first phone call and followed up with text messages telling me exactly when they'd get there. And they showed up! After my experience with the other service, I was happy to get this taken care of... until next year.

Easy to schedule an actual appointment time, Clayton was very punctual and helpful. Very happy to be working with this company going forward.

We've used Idaho Backflow for a number of years. Appreciate their expertise, professionalism, and the yearly reminder call that it's time to test! Highly recommend them and have to members of our HOA as well.

Idaho Backflow has been doing my testing from day one. I have never had a problem with them. They have even done the test when I forget to leave them payment. Thanks guys the check is in the mail. Seriously.
