The service we received from Kenneth was excellent. He serviced our HVAC, then checked and rectified another issue that was being questioned by our home inspector. In addition he called something else to our attention that required the service of a plumber. He's a respectful thorough worker.

The gentleman came out and did a great job. My only complaint is not with him, he got the job done fine and corrected the problem, was polite and left no mess. I would welcome him back in the future. Scheduling was a bit of a problem, I had very little heat and you couldn't make me an appointment for over 24 hours. You gave a me a three hour window. However that stretched to almost 6 without notifing me that there was a problem. I'm 87 and can't drive at night, so if there had been an additional delay I wouldn't have been able to go anywhere for the night if I still had no heat. I've used your company for over 50 years and never had this problem before. Technician was great, scheduling has a problem. I'm rating this good because of the gentleman that worked on the problem, but you need some help.

So far Owyhee Heating and Cooling has been great. From scheduling to a very polite young technician. He did a good job with my scheduled maintenance and accomplished everything necessary. I do wish they would keep track of my filters and just replace them with my maintenance contract but just a suggestion. Saves me from the small hassle of buying them. Overall, so far I would recommend owhyee for your heating and cooling needs.
