Proactive Plumbing

Justin called me immediately, within an hour or so of putting a request in with my insurance agency. As soon as I spoke with home he put me at complete ease with regard to the situation we were facing. He came to the house the day after Thanksgiving, this leak sprung up the day before Thanksgiving later in the evening. He arrived on time! Upon meeting us he told us his game plan and he was just so thorough and concise with his plan. He already had an idea of what the issue may be and he ended up being exactly correct, which was a godsend for us being that it was the least expensive outcome. We have found our plumber for all future issues and remodels, we trust and like him a lot! We feel very fortunate

Had "Elevated Plumbing" come out for an estimate while using a home warranty company. Snce they were so highly rates. Elevated claimed changes to the system (by the city) that never happened. They never even verified with them. Voiding my warranty coverage. Then giving me an estimate for over $4300 for a water heater. I was forced to get a "second opinion". So we used Proactive Plumbing. I spoke with Justin. He was absolutely amazing. He went over the problem, verified the problem, verified with the city and went to bat for me with the insurance company! Even knowing it could cost him a lot of business referrals from the warrant company. Putting his integrity before profit. Absolutely went the extra mile amd EARNED a life customer. I asked for an estimate for the replacement cost. Guess what? Was less than half of the other company!! If you are looking in our area for a plumbing company that is reasonably priced. Will put your best interest, before lining their pockets....... Call these guys.

Justin is very professional and knowledgeable. He knows what he is doing and is very helpful when an unexpected situation is discovered. He prevented further damage to our home as we had no idea the builder cut some corners during the build of our home causing leaks and other issues.

Justin came out and replaced my kitchen faucet. Fast and efficient. He took the time to check for leaks. I would highly recommend him for all of your plumbing needs!

Justin was great! Very proactive with communication and updating his timing. While the issue we have ended up being irrigation and not his wheelhouse, he was super helpful and offered great advice and suggestions. I would definitely recommend Justin and Proactive!

Justin installed our downstairs bathroom fixtures a couple of years back and did a great job. I loved his attitude and work ethic. He explained what and why he was doing what he was doing.
