Brian Redford was a great help in the office and setting me up for same day repair on my furnace. Matt the technician was awesome. He went through my whole furnace to make sure things were good. Matt replaced a part on my furnace and now works. Matt was very polite and nice and very knowledgeable. Thank you both for doing a great job.

I can’t help but give these solid guys a 5 star review. Chris and his team were amazing and worked tirelessly through the task that was at hand. Had to show my aunt and my sisters the work that was done. Got a new gas heater and the piping was brand new and placed better than before! Job well done guys!

The guys were all very professional, courteous, clean, respectful. I thought the job would take two, two and a half days and I’d be without water the whole time but nope! I only had my water turned off during the day on the first day and VERY briefly the second day. Andrew, Zach, Ron were all great! And thanks to Gary Chandler for all of your expert help and kindness explaining everything to me.

I highly suggest going to ANY other company for your leak needs. We have been pushed around in circles over the work they haven’t completed. They have changed my “appointment” 4 times now. 3 of these times without even letting us know they weren’t showing up. They also claimed that I was at the appointment and approved the moving the appointment. I was in Washington during this time so could not physically have done that, which is super upsetting to claim that and it not be true in any way. I now have a tractor sitting in my front yard with a massive hole and water leaking out. When I first got the quote the guy told me how simple this process was going to be. I am paying $13,000 for this work, the level of customer care would be a 0 star for me if I could do it. Called today super upset and no one made the time to talk to me that could do anything about this or help me on the issue other than confirming ANOTHER appointment. So if you want anything done in a timely manner forget this place!!! Unsatisfied customer here. They were fast to cash my check before the work was completed though. Want to make sure people don’t get caught up in this disaster as we are now.

Right Now cleaned my AC and electric heater and did a great job. Kaiden the technician that serviced my units was very professional and friendly. He was very knowledgeable on my equipment. I requested a quote from them to move a vent and replace my old HVAC equipment. I definitely would recommend them to my friends. Sean

They installed a furnace in my mobile home which took all day and in the end the new furnace already had a bad part in it. Then they day to have a roofer come out and fix the part of the roof they had been working on. Skip ahead 2 months it snows and my ceiling below where they were working starts to leak. They sent a tech and a restoration company out to assess to which they denied all accountability of the Damage. They told me it happened after they were all said and done but I don't own a ladder so there was no way for me to get on my roof. They blamed a branch cutting the roof but the nearest tree is 50 feet away from the damaged area. If you have work done by then and something like this happens be aware they will not take accountability.

Our new furnace install was a pleasant experience. The Technicians worked fast and efficiently and did an excellent job! I would definitely use Right Now Heating and Air Conditioning and would recommend them for your needs.

Right now was able to stick true to their name in my situation. Cameron was out at my house in just a couple hours and was a great help. He was very informative and professional. Definitely felt he was looking out for me and not just trying to complete the job to move onto the next one. Having great employees makes a great company and they both did great with me. Cheers!
