They've done it again! I hired Express about three years ago to add in a new gas line to my kitchen, so I decided to come back and have them replace my 20-year old furnace that had a faulty blower fan and heat exchanger. It was an unexpected failure, but I'm extremely thankful for the quick turnaround, professionalism, and all of the service techs were very polite and respectful of my home and space. Highly recommend!

A fast and well done job! One toilet in our house was not draining and over flowing. Within 20 minutes of calling for a repair man, a text message was received saying a technician was on the way. The problem was a clogged mainline with a shut off valve to the toilet not completely working. The issues were quickly and professionally completed.

We had no hot water on a Saturday night. Not a super emergency, but Express answered the phone and tried to do the best they could. They scheduled us in first thing Monday morning. Our technician, Zach, called when he was on his way and arrived promptly. It didn't take him long to discover the problem and thoroughly explained the repair. Express too care of all the warranty stuff for is and didn't ask us to pay for the parts in advance. It was effortless on our part. Zach left to get parts and came back to complete the repair within an hour. Very happy to have hot water again and we are glad we chose them for our "emergency".

Alex R. Was a great technician who serviced our HVAC system. He was very patient, answered all my questions, and helped me understand the nuances of our system. I appreciated his friendly attitude and kindness shown towards our children’s questions as well. His service was one of the best experiences we’ve had within this industry.

I called Express Plumbing Heating & Air to carry out some evaluations and repairs on issues involving a leaking toilet, loose tub faucet, and flushing of the hot water heater tank. Not only were they able to come out in less than 24 hours after my request, but they also identified and fixed some other issues they found, specifically with the pressure tank atop the water heater that failed and needed replacement. Overall, very satisfied with the work done and will call on them again as necessary. Top marks!
