Margaret and Camille were both quick to answer and follow up with my calls. They are sincere and definitely know how to greet and communicate with clients. Great job you two! Hunter was so considerate when he arrived. He was quick to remove his shoes at the front door. Very polite and thorough with his bid. Within a few minutes, Hunter had gone over my requests and sent the completed bid in an email. What a great professional. Beacon can count him as a real asset!

Brady my Tech was awesome and it was a great experience! Eric his assistant was great as well! Way better than I expected from a Sunday sewer call! The entire interaction with the office and Brady was great and I will be using Beacon again as well as recommending your company!! The office even followed up on Monday to make sure I was well taken care of! Camille in the office had a real interest in how a brand new customer was treated! I’m in with this company!!

We are totally satisfied with the service we received from Beacon Plumbing. We had a new kitchen counter and sink installed. The plumbing had to be all redone as nothing lined up. I sent a message to Beacon late at night and they responded shortly after receiving it. Put us on schedule for the next morning. Great customer service. Robert arrived as planned and did an exceptional job for us. He explained everything he was going to do and asked if I had any questions prior to his work. We would definitely recommend Beacon for your plumbing needs.

Our water heater stopped working early in the morning, and after figuring out that it wasn't something simple, I called Beacon and they had a technician out that afternoon! Josh was very nice and knowledgeable about our water heater and was able to get it fixed quickly because he had the part we needed on his truck. The fact that they came out so quickly AND prepared was amazing, and we were back up and running with hot water that same afternoon. Kudos to Josh and the Beacon team!

This my 4th post, I have ever done. I only post a recommendation, if services are truly worthy! I am so thankful that I chose Beacon Plumbing Company to handle my Electric water heater problem. My call was handled with the upmost professionalism. I couldn’t believe it!!! Less than two hours later, I had Ken and Eric from Beacon plumbing services at my door!!!! I’m a first time home owner, and a single woman. As I have aged, it’s is difficult to find people, businesses that are honorable, that have a high degree of integrity in the services they offer. I hired a home inspector, and due to some problems now that are arising, I now have to make repairs that he should have had pointed out to me. I noticed water coming from where my electric water heater is located. After having to unscrew the panel and remove it, I saw the problem immediately! I wish I hadn’t deleted the photo of what I saw! A electric water heater, with two copper pipes on the right for the cold and hot water, A plastic pipe coming out of the water heater, where the water was dripping, and no drainage for the water!!!! The two things that stood out the most, there was no drainage for the water. Worst of all, where you now see the plastic pipe on the left, that Ken & Eric put in, to have water drain out …. just picture that pipe short and just hanging!!!! After Ken finish examining the electric water heater, he pointed out several problems besides the obvious. As Ken was calculating the cost, I was trying not to have a heart attack on how much this was going to cost!!! I couldn’t believe the quote he gave me for everything that he and Eric were going to do!!! Only $1522.50!!!! As you could see the pictures, the beautiful work they did. They corrected the pipe that was just hanging (it now drains out), plus an additional drainage pipe and water pan. They put in a new handle to shut off the hot or cold water (The old ones weren’t even working properly, which I didn’t notice). Ken put in an electric shut off box, in case of an emergency, I wouldn’t have to run outside of my house, to my electric panel. Replace temperature and pressure relief valve. Ken also changed the cold water pipe location. Ken, explain to me since I have a closed plumbing system, he added expansion tank. I appreciated that Ken spent quality time with me, explaining all my questions, and why each unit was important. The additional icing on the cake besides Ken and Eric was the price!!! I’m the kind of client that once I find a person or company that I can trust and are honorable, they have me as a client forever!!! I trust Ken & Eric and Beacon Plumbing Services!!!! Thank you soooo much Ken!!!!!!

My long-time plumber recently moved out of the area and I reluctantly switched to a new plumber, Beacon Plumbing, which he recommended. I am very impressed. They have been able to quickly respond to my calls and for some reason, I’ve had multiple problems in a short span of time. I must congratulate Marc for returning again and again with patience to get to the bottom of things and resolve the issues. He is good-natured and conscientious and I’ve been impressed with their service.

Our area has big, old, beautiful trees. I called Beacon for routine maintenance to make certain sewer line was not obstructed by roots. The travel fee was explained and the total cost had variables like access to line via the crawl space vs exterior access. Fees were acceptable. Technician, Jonathan, was courteous, knowledgeable, and amiable to questions. I recommend Beacon, especially Jonathan! Good people are hard to keep and he’s a keeper.
