I’d like to preface this by saying the interaction with the field technicians was excellent. That being said, I think the handling of the financing was cumbersome. The website offers the ability to apply for two different financing companies, but does not list the various options on terms for each company. In applying for a hard credit inquiry, I’d like to know I am applying for the right option. Upon several back and forth calls with the office, I was assisted by Justin? In ensuring I got the proper terms of the loan I desired. I believe the process could be streamlined if the office was more involved in handling the financing options, or presenting the options more clearly on the website, as of now it is impossible to know what these options are. End of the day, I got what I desired, and am very thankful for that. Greg was the plumber who responded to my request for a water softener install. He understood my needs, and didn’t try to push anything unnecessary, and was very knowledgeable and explained to me the different options. He arrived promptly on the day of the install, and was courteous of my home. He went above and beyond in ensuring everything was installed properly, and reinstalled my utility sink that had to be moved to make room for the softener. I’m very pleased with the service, and will be coming to them with any future plumbing needs.

I was very impressed from beginning till the end of the service appointment. Tom Scott (the service technician)was punctual, polite and personable. He did a thorough inspection of the plumbing in my home, took detailed pictures and explained thoroughly so I could make an informed decision about repairs I needed. I signed up immediately for yearly inspections with them. I highly recommend Plumbing solutions of Idaho for all your plumbing needs and thanks especially to Tom for being such a wonderful "ambassador " for your company!

Greg did a great job fixing our plumbing issues today! They were able to send someone out quickly and accomplished the tasks. One down side was it was very expensive…. More expensive than most places I’ve used in the past. While I appreciated it getting done I did not appreciate spending almost 1k to unclog a sink and replace a sump pump lid.

I wanted to share our experience with this company. First of all, we had used another plumber for about 12 years and were very satisfied with his service, but we felt he was starting to limit what he wanted to do and not do. So, we decided it was time to make a change, so we took a chance and went with this company. And I must say we were not disappointed with their service. Rick was our plumber, he was such a joy to work with he was so efficient, nice and friendly and not a bad salesman either! He installed 3 faucets, sliding bar shower head and water softener and it all turned out perfect. On his last visit he brought a partner (John) to help, who was also so friendly and did a great job. We will in the future stay with this company and always ask for Rick if possible. However, we did feel the company prices were a little high, but we were used to an independent plumber; and of course you get what you pay for. So, we are very pleased with Plumbing Solutions of Idaho. We highly recommend them you won't be sorry!
