Fantastic work, would strongly recommend them to anyone else. We bought our house knowing the polybutelene pipe would need to be replaced some day. Holden and the rest of the team were really easy to work with the whole time. The price was reasonable and they didn't try to upsell me on additional work. Very respectful in the house and cleaned up after themselves. They even did a great job putting the sod back down. I can tell they take pride in their work and it gave me a lot of confidence that it was done correctly. I highly recommend quality service plumbing.

Fantastic company to work with. We recently had Quality complete a major repipe, added a sewage ejector pump in the basement, and reconstruct some sewer lines in a 1930's home we're renovating. From the initial bid to scheduling the work, the whole team has been wonderful to work with. It's sometimes difficult to find honest, trustworthy contractors, but it's been smooth sailing with this company and took a lot of the stress out of this major project knowing that it was in good hands. From the onset, the initial estimate with Luke, scheduling with Angela, and the work done by Holden and Brodee has seriously been top notch. It's comforting knowing I can always call them up and they will promptly answer my questions, be on time, and have integrity with their work. I do a lot of my own work and to know that an external company will be as fastidious as I am is like finding a needle in a haystack. When I had questions about the bid and the scope of work, Luke was kind enough to call me back, answer all of my questions with patience, and follow through with what was said. I will, without a doubt, use this company for my future plumbing needs and I'll be recommending them to anyone who asks. Thanks again.

One word, integrity. I called Luke to have my 40 year old brass piping under my house inspected because the buyer's inspector reported them as possibly failing due to corrosion. Luke took a look and explained that, back in the day, it was common practice to not wipe off the soldering flux, which with time causes slight oxidization and looks really bad but does not effect the integrity of the pipe at all. Luke could have taken advantage of the situation and told me the pipes were failing and made himself $5,000+ to replace the pipe BUT instead he told me the truth and charged me his very reasonable house call + time fee. Whenever I have plumbing issues in the future I will be calling Luke at Quality Service Plumbing. I have already told everyone I know to use them as well. So should you!

***** Quality in every Category! ***** I was very Happy with the job these guys did. It was a big job and even Angela was out of their office running parts for them on this one. The team replaced a new tank and rerouted pipes to the kitchen to get us more pressure and hot water in half the time to the kitchen. I wanted galvanized pipes and they had to deal with getting an 80 gallon water tank into the basement down what was basically a spiral staircase. Luke helped install and supply fittings for a filtration system I was installing in the kitchen at no extra cost.they under bid 2 other estimates and the competition wouldn't use galvanized pipe. Good people! so easy to talk to, nice friendly and fast. Many Thanks to the whole team.
