Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

The Roto-Rooter team is amazing, Rich and John saved us!! They communicated so well and were completely transparent, explaining everything step by step so that I knew what was going on. They were also extremely compassionate, looking at all avenues to try and save us the most money while trying to fix a sewer pipe during the holiday season. They had to communicate with so many different people to get this job done and I am so grateful for their hard work!!

Roto-rooter cause multi thousand dollars worth of damage and was a horrible mitigation company to use. DO NOT USE THEM. In February my house had a major flood. Roto-rooter came and said they would do the mitigation. I asked if I should start packing things up and moving them. They said, “No, that they would take care of it.” Well, taking care of it was throwing belongings in my garage and damaging a lot of stuff. Including a $13,000 massage chair, $1200 soundbar (that was literally buried not packaged under other items), my vacuum, glass items were broken, my weight machine etc etc. Also, while doing the mitigation on my house I found paper towels in my upstairs bathroom that they would have had to grab from elsewhere in the house. It was clear they were using paper towels as toilet paper (irony is that they packed over 40 rolls of toilet paper in a box 🙄). I had to hire a plumber to unclog a paper towel clog out of my pipes. On top of damaging multi thousands dollars of items and damaging my sewer pipe lines. They were in contact with my insurance who was sending them a check directly… they never contacted me, the homeowner, for payment and just said they were in works with my insurance …. Then I get a letter in the mail stating they put a lien on my property! Without ever consulting with me to pay it while we wait for insurance! I am shocked these people are still in business. They were horrible.

I've used Roto-Rooter multiple times now. Every time they communicate throughout the job/project, inform & update me with what they find, repair and any concerns (current and or future). Their crew is knowledgeable, courteous, professional and equipped with the necessary tools/equipment to get the job done! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE HYDRO-JET SETUPS FOR LARGE IRRIGATION PIPE CLEANOUTS-

Roto Rooter did a great job fixing my plumbing issues. I really appreciate Clark going the extra mile to figure out our complex issues and completing the work. Easy scheduling and great customer service. Shout out to Clark for doing an awesome job!

This gentleman was great. They got to us in about three hours. Came in at 325pm and left by 340pm. He checked our outside , unplugged the toilet ,we paid the bill and he left all in about 15 minutes. Great service. However, my fault for not questioning the quote. $ 261.50 for 15 min job. He had some equipment, and did drive to our house. My concern is, why did it cost so much. For a simple clog ( not to us, though, we had been dealing with it for 2 days), I would think it should have been a much lesser cost. Again, my fault for not asking about the quote and making a better decision. I guess, getter older, just makes me lose my common sense. Not complaints at all about service, or customer service, or speed of getting to us. Just a caution for others to think and ask questions before you agree to pay $261.50, for a 15 minute job. They do have a seven day warranty which is very kind

Our business was experiencing drain issues and overflow during the weekend dinner rush due to our shared grease trap. I had reached out to our usual emergency plumbing service, and it would be about an hour before they could get to us. Mike and Conner with Roto Rooter happened to pull up in the parking lot a few moments later for follow-up service with the business next to us and were more than happy to come over and help. Not only did they fix our issue, but they were so friendly and thorough in their explanation of the problem and solution (plus they never got in the way of our staff!) We will be using them as our regular and emergency plumbing service for future needs. Thanks again Mike and Conner, y'all really saved the day!!!

We always call Roto Rooter for our plumbing needs. Clark came out Friday to change out some bathroom fixtures. There were some issues with our current fixtures so it took a little extra time. He remained happy and took it all in stride. He got the job done and we are very happy with the work he did. Roto Rooter for the win!!

Root-Rooter was great! Caleb did an excellent job installing my new garbage disposal. They were on time, professional, and efficient. The installation was quick, and they left everything clean and working perfectly. Highly recommend their services!
