Great company to work with. We’ve been with them for about 10 years. All maintenance and repairs are done in a very professional and timely manner. All technicians have been great to work with. Today’s maintenance was performed by Johnnie and he could not have been any better - easy & pleasant to work with, extremely knowledgeable and competent, explained the process thoroughly and was willing to go above and beyond. Would highly recommend this company for all HVAC needs.

We’ve used Ultimate Heating and Air for several years now. We’ve never had a bad experience. Their technicians are thorough, helpful, clean and knowledgeable. I love that they send a technician profile prior to their arrival. I always know who to expect. They cover their shoes before entering every time, even if they’re just walking on the hardwood. They explain everything to me in a way it’s easy to understand. I feel they have my best interest in mind and are honest when offering their recommendations. I’ve had them do yearly maintenance on my system for several years now and have enjoyed the comfort it’s provided. Last year we decided to put in zones. It was the best decision we’ve made. The cost to cool our home in the summer immediately went down. We’ve also made several upgrades over the past few years and I feel they’ve always taken great care of us. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs heating and a/c service, preventative maintenance and any replacements or upgrades.

Ultimate Heating & Air did a great job presenting and properly informing me of my different water softening options. We ultimately went with the HALO5 system and absolutely loved it. The staff was easily able to navigate the nuances of my home during install and installed the system to perfection. They also took great consideration of my families schedule and were very accommodating. I look forward to using them for the years to come.
