Todd was out was out first and was awesome, very professional and installed out new Kitchen faucet! He set up an HVAC maintenance as well, in which Kayla came out. She was absolutely amazing very informative. Very knowledgeable and honest company. We will definitely use them for any future projects. 😊

Wickstrom keeps you informed about their arrival time, which was very accurate. Our technician, Farris, was great. He was professional, friendly and helpful. Explained all the things he was doing. Cleaned up after he was done. The sink looked better than when he started. Farris talked about what he was seeing based on the pipes in the house and offered a free estimate on replacing the very old pipes. No pressure at all on that front, just information. Will happily call Wickstrom for any future plumbing needs.

Chris was amazing with my plumbing inspection. Found a few issues and worked up a great repair plan. I am impressed with their professionalism and communication. I have their annual plan and excited to continue working with Wickstrom with their services. Plus they work with my homeserv plan which is a bonus!

Todd was amazing today. We had a lot of questions about several different areas of plumbing, from water softener to replacing toilets and he answered them all. He also looked for a potential leak in our bathroom. Another great job by Wickstrom Plumbing! Harley spent two hours cleaning and tuning up our 40+ year old furnace. He explained every step of the process and stayed as long as he needed (which was kind because it was a Friday evening). Over and over again Wickstrom has helped our family and we appreciate their knowledgeable and honest technicians!
