Ryan and Tyler were absolutely amazing! We called them in the morning because my mom’s heater wasn’t working. They were able to come in right away and were able get it fixed that day. I would highly recommend using them. We got my mom set up for regular maintenance with them and I’m so confident they will take care of any issues she has.

We had some problems with vents not working in some rooms. Ryan came to take a look and was able to fix the problem right away. He also helped us save money by getting us signed up for a regular maintenance plan. He was very polite friendly and helpful. I value good tradesmen and he was top notch!

On Friday December 6th Apollo sent Ryan out to our home in Caldwell to perform our semi-annual inspection on our HVAC system. Ryan was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. He took time to explain what he was checking and explain the process. I would recommend Apollo plumbing to anyone! Contacted Apollo Plumbing about a quote for a new HVAC system and Hot Water Heater, RYAN KING & SHAWN BOVEE arrived on time and were very knowledgeable & friendly, we discussed my options, and Shawn Bovee suggested that I replace my 22-year-old, 40-gallon tank with a 50-gallon tank as there was really no difference in price. Ryan King had serviced my old HVAC system this year and informed me they were at end of life and after 22 years of use recommended replacing the old Heater & A/C units. We got it financed & scheduled the install, they then walked me thru every step of the process, showed me everything they were going to do including the plumbing & HVAC upgrades. I knew the Heating & A/C units were old but I thought there was nothing wrong with my old Hot water tank but after using the new Water Heater for a week there is a noticeable difference & the New Heater & A/C units work Great. RYAN KING, SHAWN BOVEE & JOHNNY McGILVERY did an OUTSTANDING job on my project; the communication was Great, All 3 units were replaced on the same day, they arrived on time & the install & cleanup was Fantastic, these 3 Gentleman were Very Friendly & Professional and because of them Apollo Heating, Cooling & Plumbing will be my go-to company for all my future plumbing & HVAC needs.
