Absolutely amazing people. They came out due to my broken water heater. They were so helpful. They couldn’t get a replacement same day so even came back out in the evening to reroute my water so I at least had water for my daughter and I. They came out promptly the next morning and took care with my floor, belongings, child and cat. They worked quickly and were so friendly. They also educated me on what is installed in my home and how to shut off my water if needed. Incredibly real and personable. Just a great energy. It’s usually hard to have people working in your living room but they were absolutely wonderful to be around.

William came and changed my water heater. He did it in good time and with a smile on his face. Good attention to detail. Jetstream had the best price I could find to boot. Plan on using them in the future and highly recommend.

Steve and Zach came by to install a water softening system on our house. Very respectful, great guys. In and out quickly, cleaned up after themselves, couldn't of asked for a better experience. Thanks!

Riley was awesome! Super nice guy, very polite, and very thorough. The communication was consistent throughout the process, including with the team at their office. Riley went above and beyond and even found additional leaks I was unaware of in our apartment. He fixed everything efficiently and was great to work with.

Justin and the team were awesome and there for me in a pinch. Due to being in Cascade it’s hard to find a quality plumber who can provide service in a timely fashion and Jetstream was quick, professional, and a pleasure to work with. 2nd time I’ve had to have Jetstream out for plumbing and their service, communication, and attention to detail continues to impress. Justin is honest and straightforward when dealing with customers like myself. Keep up the great work!! 3rd time and Justin and the team did another great job repairing a sewer line.

William with JetStream Plumbing is a fantastic guy to work with. He was very communicative and arrived on time as promised. From start to finish on our water heater flush and inspecting our dishwasher, he was done in under 30 minutes. I will continue to work with JetStream on all my future plumbing needs!
