Prompt and courteous technician arrived within the time allotted during scheduling; basic water heater servicing options were provided and an estimate was given. Technician was informative and provided straightforward information that made the decision-making process much easier. Though cost was a bit of a shock, the outcome was very positive considering a new understanding of the function and functionality of the water heater and it's expected lifetime was established.

Guy came out and quoted for water softener and RO systems, he gave me a lot of information with no pressure! Recently we were experiencing an issue with one of our toilets and after exhausting every effort we knew on how to resolve the issue we realized we needed a professional. After some thought on which plumber to call, we decided with Prime even though we had always gone with another company for all our plumbing needs. I want to say we went with the correct choice. From my call to customer service to schedule the service call the representative I spoke with was courteous, professional, friendly and reassuring that we would be completely satisfied. She was absolutely correct. Curtis arrived as scheduled, greeted me professionally and pleasantly. We descended to the lower floor where the issue was, and he immediately began his diagnosis. Throughout his meticulous work to determine the problem he shared information on what he was doing every step of the way. Prime Plumbing was simply a life safer! We have a newly constructed home on top of an old 1956 footer. The septic tank was at least a 1994 model, by the records. The rebuild was finally completed in 2006, that's when we purchased the new home. It had been 18 years till today that we FOUND the septic tank lid and pumped. Prime Plumbing found the lid from an old hand written map on file, and their top notch equipment zeroed in on the lid. The lid was 6 feet under ground. The tank was full to the top and ready to over flow, probably by Xmas time. What a relief!!! Helmut, the technician, was professional, polite and instructional as he showed us everything and every step. There's enough crap in everyday life to deal with, an empty septic is one load of crap off my mind!
