These guys did a great job. They were on time, and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done to best of their abilities. Pricing was fair and based on my own AI searches for expected job cost, they were exactly as it should have been. They completed a re-piping of our house, completed a bathroom remodel and even installed a water softener at no charge that I had previously bought. They were friendly and respectful around our kids while working and all around easy to work with. We highly recommend them.

Kyle promptly responded and diagnosed my issues. He ordered parts and fixed everything the very next day. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant during our interaction. I highly recommend this company.

My plumber, Alex, did a great job, answered all of my questions, and was very helpful in getting me connected with all of the right people to begin restoration work after he took care of the root ball obstructing my sewer pipe. I hired Pristine Plumbing to replace a leading line to an outdoor faucet, and then they identified multiple breaks in my main water line. Alex, the crew lead, was responsive, hardworking, communicative, and did a phenomenal job resolving the issue in a short period of time.
