After 2 other heating & air companies failed to diagnose my furnace issues and $400 later for them trying to chip away at what was wrong, I called America NW for help. Not only did they send someone to my house immediately on a Friday evening, but they sent Zach who was able to diagnose the issue within 10 minutes. Gave us options and was honest and forthcoming. Explained everything thoroughly and was able to give us a quick fix to keep us temporarily warm through the weekend while he got the equipment we needed that following Monday. When he came back he was again very communicative and did a thorough and efficient job. I highly recommend him and this company. Sheena at the office was also very attentive and helpful!

American NW Plumbing is awesome! My husband and I called to request a consultation with a plumber who could teach us how to winterize our condo. We first talked with Sheena in the office, who assured us that the plumber would be able to tell us everything we needed to know. We were so impressed when Wallace came to our home and walked us through the winterizing process and explained in detail and actually walked us through the steps. After he showed us how to winterize our entire home, he walked us through the steps we would need to follow to open the house back up. He explained what to watch for and told us where we could get the products needed. Wallace was professional and friendly. He spent more than an hour with us and answered all of the questions we had. He checked our water heater, toilets, sinks etc., and told us to please call him if we had any further questions. When we asked how much we owed him, he told us that this was all part of his job. The service given by Wallace and American NW Plumbing was invaluable. We also appreciate the honor given by the company to Service Members, First Responders and older adults. My mom used American NW Plumbing last year at this time to replace a shower/tub valve and the plumbers were outstanding. We schedule an appointment to replace a leaking valve in the master bathroom. Mark came out, assessed the value and found no issues. Mark was very thurough, informative and the organization is lucky to have such an excellent employee.

I had American NW Plumbing come to put a camera down my pipes in August, for a business remodel, and they found out the main was blocked. So they came back a hour later and snaked it. They charge me $650 and it is blocked again and has been used 10 times. They told me the warranty only last 48 hours. So they aren’t doing anything. Find someone else. I will not use them again.
