I normally do my own home maintenance and repairs, but sometimes I get too busy with everything else. So I decided to call a professional to replace our old water heater. Cherry plumbing was one of three bids and was the best price and very quick with his site survey and bid. Installation went very smoothly and quickly. I then called them again for a shower repair and sink replacement we needed done quickly. They made arrangements for a Saturday install to meet our needs and did a great job. A+ work!

Nicest service we've ever had. Some might see this review and think it might be an exaggeration, however believe me, it is not. I never do reviews and felt the need to rant about the amazing work of Cherry Plumbing & Rooting. First, the women answering the phones was the nicest person we've had the opportunity to speak to. She kept us informed and knew exactly what was going on. Our water heater needed replaced owner came out, checked it out, provided the information we needed, let us know once he got approval from our rental agency, and scheduled a time to come out. He also kept us we'll informed throughout the entire process. When replacing the water heater, he gave us space and was also very friendly, easy to talk to, and extremely knowledgeable in his craft. I can't say enough Good things about Cherry plumbing. I called with a frozen pipe issue no running water and they were totally booked up, but when I explained our circumstances with a disabled mother in law they had the owner himself James, call me within a very short period of time of me calling, and he personally came over within 30 minutes of him calling me and fixed our frozen pipes. And added a valve to help us in the future with this issue we have had every year so we don't have to deal with this again and did not charge us very much for it .He was very reasonably priced and he went above and beyond. Highly recommend this company.
