So rare to find a company that subscribes to values, like a job well done. Buchner’s employees are worthy great praise, in my case empathy and efficiency based on up to date knowledge. Thank you i should add that Brendan A was my technician. i will request Brendan when i do regular. HVAC work in the fall.

We were extremely impressed by Sean and the installation crew (Mark and Cory) who did an amazing job with a very complicated installation of our new Carrier furnace and AC, including plumbing and metal work. Everything went very smoothly. They truly over delivered on all their promises and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new furnace and AC.

Brendan installed a new water heater which was a superb job from start to finish! He was very knowledgeable & professional. He immediately recognized a potentially dangerous flue connection & rebuilt a new, safe connection. He also realigned a poorly installed cold water line away from the furnace. After completion, he thoroughly explained lighting procedure, routine maintenance, & answered all my questions. Highly recommend Buchners!
