Perfect Home Services

I have been using Perfect Home Services for AC, electrical, and plumbing for about a year now. I am completely impressed with their teams' professional, courteous, and highly communicative approach. I am not a technician in any of those specialties and they are able to explain things to me to make sure I get it and am making informed decisions about the issues and solutions that go into my house. They are not the cheapest option by far (hence, why I didn't do 5 stars and 4.5 isn't an option), but I feel more comfortable paying a little extra to make sure I don't feel taken advantage of.

I had a fantastic experience with Destan Turner from Perfect Air Services. As soon as he entered my home, he made sure to wear shoe coverings, which I really appreciated. He took the time to explain every step of his work in a clear and professional manner, ensuring I understood what was being done. His respect, diligence, and attention to detail were outstanding. It’s rare to find such a courteous and knowledgeable technician. I highly recommend them for their excellent service!

On February 23-24 your team - Kyle and Tammer - came to our house to check out a furnace issue (s). We were impressed with their professionalism. They did a fine job and we request that they be the go-to team for all our annual checkups. Bruce & Sandy Dixon

All aspects of the job from initial inspection to the work itself was handled very professionally and efficiently. The quality of the work was very good, and Peter and Brandon are very efficient and knowledgeable. They installed a new AC unit and air handler (furnace) in fewer than six hours. I can definitely recommend Perfect Home Services.

I wish I could give Brian of Perfect Home Services 10 stars. He is courteous, professional and very knowledgeable of his job. We had a plumbing problem which Brian figured out and fixed the problem. Not only is Brian wonderful, it started with my phone call. The lady who initially took my call was courteous and professional as well. I also was sent a text to keep me updated and if I text the company I received a prompt response. I am so glad I found Perfect Home Services. I am referring them to family and friends. I will tell them to request Brian if possible.

Thank you Perfect home service and your amazing tech Chris for doing an OUTSTANDING job installing a new hot water heater. His passion and knowledge and his attention to detail just is something you don't see a lot anymore. This company should be very proud ro have such an amazing employee. Thank you again!!. Brian McGinnis installed a garbage disposal, changed out two faucets and fixed the water level in a toilet tank. He took care of all these things methodically, quietly and with great care. He was meticulous above all, scraping off all the old adhesive that was left from one of the faucets. We were very happy with the work done and will call Perfect Home Services again when the need arises.

Just replaced the furnace, AC and humidifier- the workers were really nice and looks like they did a great job, and that is really the most important thing. From an administrative side it is hard to get questions answered or accurate follow up, almost too automated for my taste. Not a big deal but a bit frustrating. The employees are very nice and polite they are just lacking a few efficiencies. So far the system seems to be working great -time will tell - but overall really happy with their work.
