I have an annual contract with A&P for the grease trap clean up for my Papa Johns stores for over 3 years and they have never failed me once

I don't generally write bad reviews, but in this instance I feel compelled to do so. On 7/29/24, I contacted A&P Plumbing to do a required annual backflow assembly inspection on the fire prevention system in my rented townhome. I was assured that they could perform the inspection the next morning and I was given a service window of between 7-9am. This was confirmed by an email with the date and time of my service appointment. The next morning, I cleared out the area where the backflow assembly was located and waited for the technician to arrive. By 9:00am, nobody had arrived, and further I had not heard from anyone working with A&P. At 9:00am, I called A&P to find out where the technician was. The woman on the other end of the phone assured me that she would have the technician call me back. By 9:45am I hadn't heard from the technician or anyone else with A&P so I called back. This time, a woman transferred my call to a "dispatcher." The dispatcher answered and said "That's plumbing. I don't know why they transferred you to me." I was put on hold for a period of time, and then the dispatcher told me someone from A&P would call me back. Again, I patiently waited for a phone call. But by 10:30am, nobody from A&P had called me, texted me, or emailed me. At that point, 90 minutes beyond the service window I was given, I had to leave and go to work. But that's not the end of things. Later than night, I sent not one but two emails to A&P using the email address on their website, and by replying to the email I received from them confirming my service appointment. In the emails, I explained the facts above and then asked for someone to please explain to me how this could happen Not only did no technician show up, but A&P staff apparently did nothing to help me understand why no technician showed up. They completely ignored my calls as though I didn't even exist. So, how did A&P respond to my emails? THEY DIDN'T. NOTHING! CRICKETS! Today, one week later, I still have not heard a single word from this company about why they failed me. Not a phone call, not a text, not an email, nothing! No service, and no customer service from this company. STAY AWAY!!

Will came out twice to help my family get our septic issues fixed. He is the friendliest, most professional plumber I've ever worked with and is the reason I permanently switched using A&P. Thanks again Will!

Will and Jonathan came out on Christmas Eve to handle a plumbing emergency with my flooded apartment. They were able to assess the situation, remedy it and I highly recommend them. Great work & professional!
