Jesse was wonderful. We had a issue where the work could not be done today on our part. He came out evaluated the situation and advised he would reschedule for tomorrow. This company the employees are always friendly and polite. Definitely call them you won't be disappointed!

I am remodeling my sons shower/bathroom. Originally, very small corner shower converted to a standard 60 inch walk in. To do this I had to take over space in the closet in the adjacent room. Break through a wall, move power, build new walls, replace subfloor, the list is long. I am so pleased with the work, craftsmanship, and professionalism of Rivercity. Rivercity plumbing plumbed a shower head, two body sprays, moved the air stack, new toilet water supply line and shut off, and moved a shower drain in two visits. Great people to work with. I highly recommend.

Initial problem: I bought a refrigerator from home Depo and needed a new T- line valve ran that home Depo required . Home Depo wanted a plastic line with a t valve installed . Plumbers: service plumbers came to the home and we agreed on work needed and price . After negotiating work. We agreed on a time and date . Installment: plumbers cut a hole in the wall and did not clean the mess or fix the hole . They also decide on their own behalf to not install the plastic waterline. They left the copper line and installed a turnoff where the refrigerator would be. When I asked them why they did that their reply was “ it didn’t need it and gave me the run around” Outcome: home depo came out to install the refrigerator and refused to install the water line . Called a different company and got the problem resolved . Advice: I’m a Feild tech also, I understand workmanship and code. To take the easy way out is not acceptable. Complete the job fully and move to the next . I am not satisfied with the work I received and will not be recommending their services to future company’s or clients .

River City Plumbing has helped me out twice now. Michael and Heather once, and Michael the second time. They were professional, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job. Great communication, great experience. I received a text with the photo of the plumber the day before, and text notification when he was on the way. Work was done well and quickly. I will continue to use River City Plumbing.

Yesterday I had River City Plumbing come out to my house to replace my garbage disposal. It was a great experience that I recommend. Jesse was personable, thorough, and informative. They brought in their own shoe covers to not track in dirt on wet day. They completed the job quickly and my new disposal is working perfectly. R.C.P. had the best rates after calling around 4 different local companies!

Conall took care of the water heater replacement. Arrived within the hour of my phone call. Great service and awesome response. Will recommend this company to anyone who asks

River City Plumbing has helped us with two things: a planned project and an urgent issue. They were wonderful both times. I emailed them overnight about our water heater flooding our basement, and they scheduled an appointment for us immediately upon opening. We had a new water heater by the end of the afternoon. All of the team members we’ve interacted with have been great, too. They’re not pushy, gave us several options, and explained everything well.

Amazing service! We had an after hours plumbing issues and they were so responsive. They arrived and finished the work quickly. Michael and Mikey were very professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them!
