I have been a customer of Courtesy Plumbing for about 20 years. Every service person has been very polite and professional, as well as thorough in diagnosing problems. They have always done an exceptional job and their rates are reasonable. Any questions I have are answered and they explain what the problem is and what repair needs to be done. I've had them out to replace the ejector pump, replace an outside faucet, replace a water heater, change bathroom faucets and replace a bathtub drain among a few other smaller projects. I highly recommend Courtesy Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Courtesy sent Nick out to diagnose a slow kitchen drain. After a thorough inspection of the plumbing system and diagnosis of the issue he recommended the appropriate solution and took care of the issue all in the same visit. He was very personable, friendly and polite in addition to being quite knowledgeable and experienced. It was a pleasure meeting Nick and working with Courtesy.

Had a plumbing issue beyond my expertise and called Courtesy Plumbing and Service. They dispatched Plumber Justin and he was friendly, knowledgeable, figured out the problem and determined the best course of action. He had the issue resolved quickly and the cost of the repair was reasonable. Definitely would recommend Courtesy Plumbing and Service!

Mickey was great! Very responsive and prompt and took the time to explain everything to me. Prices are fair. We have had multiple jobs done by them now and will call them again if ever need be. Highly recommend.

I had originally left a three-star review. I had said the pros of this company were that they were professional, they were very timely, they were clean and conscious of the fact they were working in my home. I needed a gas valve replaced and the issue I had was that I was charged several hundred dollars for the technician who came out to tell me he was unable to do the task. I then had a second company come out who was able to do the task. I'm changing my reviews to five stars now because the owner personally called me and refunded all of my money. The owner was understanding, accountable, polite, and genuine. Things you don't see often these days. So even though I didn't get the results I wanted the owner made sure to make things right. You can never expect people to be perfect, but in today's day and age it's very refreshing to come across a company that's honest and accountable.

Great service! Everything was communicated before the work started. (new garbage disposal, blocked drain, bathtub faucet replacement) The work was completed quickly and everything was left clean. Mickey was very friendly and personable, AND I felt very safe having him in my home. Would definitely recommend this company.

Received a quick response to my request for an estimate, which was comparable to others. When I was ready to schedule, I got a visit within an hour and work was completed within 45 minutes. While there, Nick gave me a reasonable estimate for additional work. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I was impressed by Justn's knowledge and expertise with correcting my antiquated plumbing and replacing 2 toilets. The cost was very reasonable considering how much work had to be done. It's been a couple of weeks since installation and everything works great! I will be calling Courtesy Plumbing Services again to have Justin upgrade the piping behind my washing machine. We no longer have conditioned water so therefore don't need the associated piping. At last, I have a reliable plumber to call to make things right!
