I recently had the pleasure of working with Mikey to fix my toilet, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service he provided. Absolutely blown away by the responsiveness and attention to detail by this company. We called in need of emergency service as our sink and toilets were bubbling and our bath tub was filling up with smelly water. They answered our call on the first ring, had someone out immediately to assess the situation. Mike and his helper got to work right away. They were super knowledgeable, happy to explain the process of hydro jetting and cleaned up their work area! Will definitely be calling again the next time I need a plumbing job done!

We ended up working with Suburban Chicago Plumbing Experts. Mike stopped by a week ago and helped me with my issues when other companies failed to resolve my issues. We have an older home and there have been numerous times with plumbing problems. For example; I have had sewer come out of my toilet and back up on my bathtub and sometimes I would wake up with sewer water in my hallways and kitchen. I am so grateful I gave another plumbing company a chance and pick them up. My ISSUES were resolved instantly, I had a wonderful quote on prices. This company works with you, not against you!! My experience with this company has been nothing short of terrible. The service provided was subpar, and the professionalism displayed by their team was severely lacking. I encountered multiple instances of dishonesty, where they misrepresented their capabilities and failed to deliver on their promises. In my opinion, suburban Chicago, plumbing expert is untrustworthy, and I regret engaging them for my needs. I urge others to seek alternatives to avoid the same issues I faced.
