I love Dentzer Plumbing. My mom and I have used their company for over 20 years. They respond to your calls within 24 hours. Depending on the issue they will repair the problem the next day. They clean up after the service. They are polite. They will tell you what they can and cannot do. They will remove the old items when they put in new items. Recently had toilet replaced.

We had some mysterious rusty looking crud coming out from under our toilet and a friend referred us to Dentzer Plumbing. We got in contact with Joe, and he was out to look at the problem in less than 24 hours. Joe had the toilet repaired and better than ever in less than 2 hours. He took some photos and walked through what the issue had been and what was done to fix it and explained it so we understood all of it!! This was the easiest and most pleasant plumbing repair I've ever experienced! I would highly recommend this very professional and quality plumbing service! Thank you!!

Great experience. We had a reoccurring backup issues and used two other plumbers before calling Bernard Dentzer Plumber. They called back right away and came and fixed the issue and showed us what was wrong and made sure it was completely resolved before leaving. Price was reasonable. I finally found my go to plumber.

Used Dentzer plumbing multiple times at the recommendation of my property management company, and thought I was getting decent work. Turns out I wasn't. I always felt they were expensive, but I didn't realize just how absurd their pricing was. They were also not only misleading/deceptive on price for a later (very simple) job of just replacing a couple of hoses, but also did absolutely nothing to clean up the area where they worked. They're unwilling to bend on the absurd price, and also claim to have not received my check (which I suppose I'll believe because it doesn't appear to be cashed) - so now I have to cancel a check and send another... Yeah, checks... like grandma writes... because they don't have a way to pay online. Even worse, I confirmed that some of the work they'd done was of poor quality. In particular, they mounted / clipped some copper pipes up with a different metal - a huge plumbing no-no which I didn't know at the time, but which a plumber alerted me to. Not being one to believe any contractor who badmouths the previous one (because they ALL do it), I did some research and confirmed that in fact this was a dangerous and poor practice because it would cause eventual corrosion. Google "Galvanic Corrosion" and see for yourself. A plumber who can't follow basic best practices is not deserving of my business.

Joe fixed my shower temp control valve that had eroded and was scalding hot or freezing cold. Very responsive to my message when left and was professional, very prompt, and courteous while he explained a few things about the shower. While there he even took the time to look at my dishwasher when i asked a question in regards to it. I plan to use him on any other plumbing issues around my condo! Fantastic service and individual!

Dentzer plumbing was amazing! We called on Tuesday, they were here on Wednesday! Very friendly and fast work. I will gladly recommend them to all of my friends and use again and again!
