We are so grateful there are still good people out here!! My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Burris. Our drainpipe was blocked, and we were getting water in our basement. He was very knowledgeable and taught us along the way(no one does that anymore!!)also kept us laughing. He's a blessing. We received a quote from another company, and it was overpriced. My husband's Mom told us to call Burris and Sons, and I'm glad we listened! He saved us hundreds. Thank you for your service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Mr. Burris did quality service on a clogged sink in my kitchen. He was able to rod it out and unclog it. Mr. Burris at 88 years young is a pillar of the southside community.

Mr. Burris got my furnace fixed and explained in detail everything that happened. He told me a lot about himself and gave me some historical information. He's fantastic and will call if I need any plumbing help.

I feel an experience with Burris and Sons is something every Chicagoan should have. This is LEGENDARY, old school, quality service. The kind you can't find anymore. The kind that comes with real care, a smile, and the goal of seeing a satisfied customer. I called Burris and Sons because my boiler wasn't sending heat to my upstairs radiators. I called at 8 p.m. Mr. Burris showed at 12 the next day. He not only wanted to do the job he was hired for, he also wanted to teach me how to take care of the issue myself next time. Called Burris and Sons about my plumbing issue. A young lady answered and was very nice. Asked for my number and a service person would get back to me. I recieved a call within 30 minutes and spoke with Mr. Burris, was to he would be at my home before noon,and he was. Asked what the issue was, and within 15 minutes fixed my problem. Very nice gentleman, very knowledgeable with a great personality. Would recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs.
